This property is getting very dated and old looking. It is evident someone tried to give the property a little newer look with lighting,…… while a nice touch, not enough to pull this property up into today’s elegance at many other Properties offer. One other item, is their food service. This area is also looking and operating very much in the past.

Did not like the fact that we had to pay 81.00 for parking that's crazy glad to be home

Cargos extras

En general todo aceptable, sin embargo me hicieron un cargo que ellos manejan como pre autorizado que supuestamente al momento de hacer check in se iba a reembolsar cosa que que aún no se refleja en mi tarjeta, ósea que pague 2 veces el costó de la estancia y no puedo hacer uso del dinero que me cobraron sobre ese cargo pre autorizado hasta que lo según el hotel comenta el banco decida regresarlo a mi cuenta hasta el momento te go el cargo doble y nadie me resuelve

Excellent upscale hotel located in the heart of Addison, with nightlife and shopping all around to keep you entertained.

The hotel could use some updating but it was still comfortable and clean.

Not my usual experience at an Embassy suites. Pros: staff were nice and friendly, good location if you want to be north of the city and near the mall, rooms updated for the most part. Smooth check in. Cons: 29.00 per night for self parking is INSANE! I choose embassy for the breakfast and typically they have vetted GREAT COOKS. Ordered food from restaurant (the Reuben was twice slices of something that wasn’t corned beef but made like a French Dip). The breakfast (poor quality, gnats all over the baked goods) the omelette was worth eating. I stayed 4 nights and only had coffee the following mornings. The pool hmmm didn’t seem inviting area to hang in. It was dark and outdated. Certain areas need updating (fixtures, elevator had an ongoing odor).

The staff got more than a A+. They done their job like no other hotel. I was impressed with my experience. Embassy Suites has delivered great stays on every occasion.

Great place to stay, no complaints

Parking fee is not user friendly. Should be added to room charge. Staff and room was great. But additional charges should be in Clyde’s in price. Probably not stay there again.
