部屋はきれいでしたし、朝食もついていて良かったです。コーヒーメーカーのサービスが部屋にありませんが、フロント横で24時間コーヒー、ホットウオーターがあり、紅茶や緑茶のパックがあったのが良かったです。他の宿泊者がしていましたが、即席の味噌汁やカップ麺の類いにも使用できます。 残念であったことは部屋の温度調節が上手くいかずに少々寒かったこと、バスタブはなくシャワーのみであったこと、チェックインのカード支払いの際140ドル加算されたことでした。デポジットということでチェックアウトでは他税金の数ドルのみの加算でしたが、一日あたり35ドルのデポジットを一時請求するのでしたら、ホームページや支払いの際に表示しておいて欲しかったです。

Bar in hotel created way to many people waiting for the elevator and just felt extremely busy

The hotel was ok. It had a damp smell in the room. The front desk personnel were friendly. The free breakfast was also ok.

Rooftop bar

We received a text from the hotel asking if we needed anything and we told them we needed another pillow. They said sure, come to the desk and grab it, but we are so tired we just didn't go down. They ended up bringing us one around 10 pm. We REALLY appreciated that service!!

It had NO microwave,coffee pot in the rooms, swimming pool, limited parking because of the bar being there.

You can hear all the highway noises throughoutthe night, and the nearby rooms. The entrance to the parking, horrible, we had to wait about 20 mins because of how small the parking is, then I was told there might be parking available, really? After I paid for parking. Way to crowded for the small parking area and way too many noises. If you want to be at peace or get some rest, do not stay there.

The property is in a convenient location and overall met our needs. We had a reservation, but upon arriving late in the evening, we were told there were no available rooms. The staff initially planned to walk us to another hotel, but after waiting for over an hour, we were informed that there was a room available. We’re not sure what happened, but it was a tiring experience, especially with a child and a baby. That said, the room itself was decent and clean, though the AC was a bit loud. We had previously stayed at a Tru and had a good experience but this one disappointed us.

This was a decent hotel, located right off the Interstate. It was close to downtown. The toilet was clogged when we entered the room, I went to the lobby to let the front desk know, she had me wait while she checked in other guests. Then offered a plunger, as the maintenance was not in the building to fix. Finally she offered another room. The new room was nice and enjoyable. Parking was very limited.

Hotel was nice and the staff was kind and made themselves of service. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very trendy looking. Staff was awesome and informative. It was clean and quiet. We got to preview the rooftop bar which is opening to the public on Friday. The views are amazing, staff is excellent and the drinks were superb! I highly recommend Tru!!

Great I loved it , definitely recommend!!

Not good for people traveling with dogs ; dog area outside as tall as a medium size dog ; they charged 75 $ for a pet , they also charge for parking but is totally different open to the street.

Wonderful front desk service!

Staff were wonderful BUT the first room (202) smelled like urine, I was then switched immediately to 302 which smelled like urine and bathroom sink was clogged. I reported it and no follow up. When I inquired about it on the second day I was switched as they didn't have maintenance working at 5pm on a Sunday. My last room was great ...no urine smell and sink worked!!!
