Great place to stay. Very renaissance vibes. Smells good. Everyone so helpful. Gym & breakfast nice. But if you stay weekend be careful when check out I have to wait almost an hour to get the elevator because the traffic is so crazy

Perfect! The room and bathroom was perfect for my needs, clean and spacious, nicely designed. And very looked luxurious. All staff member was very helpful especially. Atiqur, Balqis, Akhair, Shah and Adrian. I was very pleased with my stay and will repeated to stay here again with my family's ❤️

Fast check in and check out, required rm300 for deposit. Parking was free (can validate parking ticket at lobby). Mine was a non smoking room. Room is nice, clean, soft pillows, big window. However the storage box for fridge had loud squeaky door hinge noise, and room is not so sound proof, can hear people walking outside and next door. Had iron and ironboard inside the room-no need to request😄. The TV also had predownloaded latest movies, more like a netflix, love it! Lobby and common area is clean, neat and beautiful, so instaworthy! Stayed for 1 night, 1.2m pool, limited for 4 person every 45 minutes. Beautiful sunset view from the pool. But can only swim once per 1 night stay, need to book, so a bit sad for that. Had a larger pool with kids friendly area but only for residence. Had a convenience store at ground floor✅. Breakfast was lovely, its a table serving style, no buffet. Overall, had a very pleasant staycation here, will definitely repeat my stay here again 😍🥰

Pros: Different room theme with unique design, comfortable bed, the on-demand movie is a plus, beautiful distanced view for klcc and Kuala Lumpur Tower. Cons: Pool is super small, there's no service sending your luggage to your room, reception at level 66, unfriendly staff, breakfast selection is very limited and one pax can only pick max 2 ala carte breakfast.

We personally felt that the service and staff attitude was a 5/10. We are unable to enter the restaurant for dinner as we did not make any reservation. Hence, we entered the bar to try some cocktails. The staff was not as friendly as we expected. We ordered some cocktails and the staff were quite passive until we asked what ingredients they used to make the cocktails. After a while, we ordered our dinner via phone call at 8:50pm (by that time the kitchen was not closed yet). The restaurant took our orders but we were told by the restaurant that they were closed (by that time it was 9:10pm). We felt disappointed as they did not tell us prior and we need to take some time to order GrabFood again. We call the hotel again to request cutleries but we were told that the restaurant was preparing for tomorrow's breakfast, hence unable to provide us cutleries. Hence, we had to use teaspoon from our room to have our dinner. For breakfast, there were lack of varieties and selection. The taste of the food was moderate and we think it could be improved further.

The staff is unwell trained 24 march 2021 1. At 11am I called the reception if I can do early check in at 1pm. I booked via app and they said they wasn’t acknowledged my reservation. The front office blatantly said “if you already booked how come your name is not on the list” how come I know what in your system? Why asked me. They promised to keep me updated 2. At 12pm they keep called to ask my booking receipt and voucher and send them via whatsapp. I said already on the way and he said he cannot stop me if I already on my way. (My reservation was not confirm yet) 3. At 13.00 app call me and they said they already send the email confirmation to Hotel earlier but the hotel have their own miscommunication on the system. 4. At 13.30 Front office said my reservation was confirmed. I arrived at Hotel 5. At 14.00 they let us waiting at the cafe bar with no welcome drink and get back when the room is ready 6. At 15.00 still no sign of room’s ready. My husband was angry because he had meeting at 15.00 that’s why we wanted to check in early 7. 15.30 we finally got our key. The room still smell like wet paint walls. 8. They had 4 pool but the best pool they had + butterfly garden is closed due to covid. That is main reason we want to visit the hotel but closed. 9. 17.00 there is construction in our level, so noisy. My husband can’t meeting with such a noisy construction beside our room. Omg 10. 18.00 asking for spoon and fork without tissue or cover. Even not 2 stars hotel standard. 11. 19.00 I found a bug in our bed. And small fly bug in toilet 25 march 2021 1. Next day-07.00 calling front office what time for breakfast but none of them answer🥲 (keep calling) why though 2. 07.44 still got no answer from front office what time for breakfast😭 3. My husband went to receptionist to asked 4. Breakfast with 4 options: omelets tea & juice, classic omelets tea and juice, French toast with tea and juice, cereal croissant tea and juice. You can only choose one, and no dessert only that. My husband still hungry with breakfast they served😅. Total experience: They still new and not ready to running such a big hotel (especially called 5 stars) no such as 5 star standard only the decoration is five stars but not the service.
