部屋は小さすぎますが、立地は最高です。

My consideration to stay here because of the 12 hours time to stay, my time arrival was at night. When I arrived here, I'm shocked, too small. Thank God they have lift. Air conditioner was good. The room was too small, its not recommended if you're not a backpacker like me, I bring luggage and too sucks for the space. I'd rather add some extra to stay to other hotel with bigger room. And the wall was too noisy. I can hear people steps, water sounds from other room bathroom, etc. Also, I saw dirty towel on my room they forgot to took upper the washbasin :( They didn't give amenities like toothbrush, but we can ask, yes, its better like amenities ready in the room, like hair dyer. Oh, they use system self check in, but the process was smooth because they still have staff on the receptionist. The location was good, but the entrance was backside of the street so its kind of confusing at first. Remember not to bring extra people, I got charged $ 21.6 SGD but its fine cause we can got an extra towel & tooth brush, which the staff was not in the good mood when we ask, we already paid anyway. For me its my first & last time. I think I won't go back hahah.

Room is clean, bathroom inside the room, close to restaurant and Bugis MRT station.

It’s very noisy in the morning couldn’t get a good sleep. Mattress was dusty
