Staff was awesome

Great location well kept and really great amenities and staff

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Our first night we had to switch rooms due to a bed bug situation. Regardless of whatever “investigation” proves it to be my children and I were pretty bitten up. When we called to inquire about a late check out we were advised by the front desk they’d reach out to confirm if that was possible, no one reached out and 30 minutes before the original check out time we decided to CALLBACK up to the front desk that is when we were advised late check out was not available! I couldn’t imagine how much more of an inconvenience it would’ve been if we waited any longer for someone to reach back out. Overall the stay was horribly inconvenient and I wouldn’t recommend.

Easy access from highway

Great stay. Family was having a quince in the ballroom and we were able to get a room and even check in early.

Quiet

Very clean and staff is very professional and efficient. Our AC malfunctioned and immediately maintenance was sent over without hesitation. He was super nice and made it a priority to get it up and running. He always directed himself to us in a courteous manner and with a smile.
