By far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had ever excellent hotel lots of options

My stay was ok. Room was convenient and comfortable. Excellent breakfast spread. The thermostat in the room didn’t help maintain a comfortable temperature, I alternated between heat snd cool to try to find a sweet spot. TV turned on automatically to “welcome” me after I had already gone to bed. Pool water looked cloudy so I avoided it, but had been planning to use it.

Very clean and competent staff

Check-in was easy and smooth. All the staff at the hotel was delightful. My room was clean and fully stocked.

Generically comfortable! I was disappointed that the heating unit in the room was extremely loud. Also I was given a room on the ground floor and the curtains did not close completely and I had to use a paperclip to keep outside lights, including headlights, from bothering me. Also returned one night to find the room had not been serviced - not a problem, except there was a little card saying it was because of "requested privacy" which I had not requested.

Very quiet and clean. Staff were very accommodating for an early check in. All staff we ran into seemed to love their jobs and were all very welcoming and friendly. Great location for access to shopping, dining, MVP Arena and downtown.

The service was prompt and great. The breakfast is fantastic and the hotel was overall great value for a great price. We will definitely be staying again if we return to Albany.

I loved my stay here. The staff was super kind and they made sure everything was okay! The room was super clean and I loved the scented soaps. My kiddo and I enjoyed our time at the pool! Breakfast was great. This hotel is definitely a 10/10. Thank you!

We came in really late on a really bad weather night. I'd gotten the reservation first, and when we walked in looking all ragged and worn from a long day at the hospital, the staff were fast, kind, and as accommodating as they could be. I later called to see if they had any chargers for my iPhone because I didn't want to miss a call from the hospital, and unfortunately, they didn't have any. I would've gladly paid $25 for one if they had, but instead, I had no choice but to go out in the worst weather ever and find a convenience store. I wound up not only having to drive in scary weather but paid $20 for one down the road. I know Hiltons are supposed to be upper scale than other chains, and for the most part I would agree. But to have a 'convenience' area, to post plaques in the rooms saying if we forgot anything it would be complimentary, and then not have phone chargers? Even if there were mag-safe ones in each room, or if we had to pay a deposit to borrow one... would've meant the world to me that day.

I will definitely stay here again when I visit Albany. Great stay

10/10 recommend from our check in to the clean and comfy rooms, to the pool to the breakfast it was all excellent
