Clean room

Staff were excellent. Breakfastnwas great. Disnt get a. Chance to use the pool. Pillows were so bad i got a horrible pain in my neck in the middle of the night and was up for a few hours until pain medication kicked in. Otherwise a nice stay.

This property was perfectly situated within walking distance of the jazz festival and Old Montreal. Very convenient location.

DCM.Dart Canada 925 Don't Stay Here This hotel is well situated in downtown Montreal but sadly it's performance has greatly deteriorated. We experienced a lot of upset and aggravation. We stayed for 9 nights and in each of 7 nights, there were deficiencies in housekeeping services ranging from no service at all to lack of cleaning or failure to provide clean towels and replacing empty or used Items. They were supposed to change sheets every 2 days but “forgot” until we complained. They have outsourced their cleaning services and it's a total disaster making for an unpleasant stay. Their free breakfast buffet has a lot of variety if you can find plates, cutlery or the food that they promised. They regularly run out of all the above which leaves dozens of people roaming around the buffet frustrated, annoyed and waiting to be able to eat. The hotel is clearly aware of their busy breakfast hours because they post signs in the buffet area warning of busy time. Nonetheless, they are totally incompetent in managing the demand and they run out of everything very quickly and take their sweet time replenishing, if at all. This is total incompetence or carelessness on display. We will never stay here again after this experience

We loved our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but busy. Staff were friendly. Loved the pool and was walkable to all the attractions. Parking was $30 and easy to find. Will definitely come back and stay again when we visit Montreal!

Loved that the room was clean and fresh. Close to the Old City and all the happenings of the Jazz Festival, within walking distance. Close proximity to China Town too.

That’s amazing

The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to anywhere you want to go as a tourist. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very nice and clean. My complain is about the breakfast that gets so busy that there is a line up for everything and everything run out very quickly and you have to wait. Also the pool is really tiny. Overall I liked it and I’ll go back. Just avoid going for breakfast between 8:30-9:30.

I had a mostly positive experience staying here. The only issue I had was during check-in was that I wasn’t aware of the required security deposit, which should’ve been made clear by Expedia. That said, the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful, even while I was on the phone with my bank. Their customer service really stood out. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and immaculately clean. It had everything I needed and felt well-maintained. The gym was basic, but functional. The free Wi-Fi was the biggest downside. It was good enough for reading manga and checking the news but kept disconnecting and couldn’t handle streaming or downloads. I didn’t upgrade to the premium Wi-Fi since my stay was for a week. The location was excellent, it was safe and walkable to the convention center and nearby attractions. It felt like any major North American city, but I appreciated how easy it was to get around. The most memorable part of the stay was how clean and safe the hotel felt. While the price was on the higher side, I believe it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The room, reception and facility in general are great. The breakfast time was terrible due to so many people. I think it is a shared space for both Hampton Inn and Homewood suites. There was no enough space to sit. There wasn’t enough food items as well. The other major problem is the access in and out of the garage. The permit paper given to me for my three nights stay didn’t work most of the time and I had to go to the reception multiple times to program. It wasn’t a nice experience. Add to this the impolite and the unprofessional attitude of the manager on duty late Sunday night of my stay (June29). Overall nice place, great room but very poor service

Great hotel very clean and comfortable

Quiet, clean and great for families.

Breakfast area insufficient to accommodate the guests. Insufficient searing. Had to wait 10 minutes to find a table. Ran out of utensils at 9:00 am Fri June 27.
