ホテルは湖、飲食店、そして旧市街の喧騒に近い便利な場所にあります。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。部屋は十分な広さで清潔でした。ホテルは期待以上でした。大満足です。

La Passion Hanoi は地元の多くの名所から徒歩圏内に位置し、朝食もハノイ名物のフォー、バイン・クオン、新鮮なフルーツと満足できる内容で、コストパフォーマンスに優れています。コーヒーもおいしく、スタッフもフレンドリーです。絶対にお勧めです!

スタッフは親切、部屋は清潔、ただテレビに問題があります。早朝にサパへ出発したので、テイクアウトの朝食を用意していただき、素晴らしいサービスを受けました。スタッフとサービスが気に入りました。

All good except no privacy in the bath room. There is a glass wall with a transparent curtain. Personally I don't like it. But, it is subjective, people may like it.

Overall good, the room is clean and nice, the location is convenient!

- The hotel have two buildings. It's not mentioned in the details. Just know from the confirmation booking email. - The booking is included breakfast but the reception told my booking don't have breakfast. I have to call hotel and another guy said I can have a breakfast but have to go to the main building and not telling which floor. - The room was clean but the curtain was broken.

Got upgraded to a balcony room upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. But it does get pretty noisy as the room faces the road & Hanoi is full of impatient drivers/riders. Our only gripe on the room was that there was no hot water in the shower! The staff speaks very good English and the bellboys are always ready to help. Breakfast was below average though.

We complained about tube of washer broken. We told hotel staff in the afternoon, but when we back at night they didn't fixed it. When we back to reception asked to fix it, they said couldn't fix because too late and technician already go home. So we couldn't used it. Until morning none came to fix it. No response, Really disappointed.

Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, cách âm tốt. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Ăn sáng ít món, refill món khá lâu. Mới 8h30 đã gần hết các món nhưng không thấy refill lại.
