非常に悪いサービス。チェックインできず、午前 1 時まで待たされました。受付に行くと、この部屋は彼らの管轄ではないと言われました。Traveloka に苦情を申し立てましたが、何時間も待たされるだけでした。家族と一緒に JB から来たのに、休むのに午前 1 時まで待たなければならないなんて、とても残念です。これが最初で最後です。ここには二度と来たくありません。

返答には非常に時間がかかり、コミュニケーションも不十分でした。

We encountered poor and insufficient and dispute information from the management and the person in charge. We have paid during booking only after that the person in charge informed all upfront deposit for staying that only can refund 3..5 working days. No office. Very insecure for those who wanted to stay here. Traveloka unfortunately can't help to settle the matter even tho the greystone Robertson didn't follow the app deposits instruction which is to refund during the checkout. We did not even stay here and we fail to get our refund. Please be careful guys. With this kind of transaction I may want to warn others. Regrettably I think we have been scammed. So we are a very unsatisfied customer! And will never choose this kind of arrangement anymore at this residence.

The best place for the stay with the affordable price. Really enjoy the holiday.

Nice place, although entering the house there is a slight unpleasant smell. Ask for a deposit that is too high for a 1 night stay of rm300 which is higher than the price paid for the accommodation (rm90). At least it doesn't make sense to return the deposit takes too long up to 5 working days and is understood by employees no matter from the day you check out. The house is not complete with wifi. From day check out 22/3 until 26/3 didn't get my deposit back

Had great stay at greystone robertson suites. Very friendly staff and awesome happenings place.
