立地は良く、現時点ではホテルはかなり新しく、十分に清潔で、スタッフも良く、設備も良く、駐車スペースはそれほど大きくはありませんが十分です。

滞在は最悪でした。部屋は汚くてうるさいです。部屋の隅に虫の死骸がありました。今のところ、滞在に満足していません。明日、部屋の変更をお願いしたいのですが、とても残念です。

部屋は清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリー、さらに立地も戦略的です。ジョンカーストリートまで車でわずか5分です。

すべてが完璧でした…広々とした部屋と快適なベッド。

フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、快適な滞在、ホテルのインテリアと雰囲気が気に入りました。カフェテリアのコンセプトも気に入りました。近くにコンビニやハラールのお店があればいいのにと思います。

とても素敵で広々としたホテルで、料金もお手頃です。

このホテルはとても素敵にデザインされていて、きれいです。子供たちは大喜びです。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切です。唯一の欠点は、ホテル裏の駐車スペースが限られていることです。向かい側にも駐車場がありますが、ホテルは右折する交通量の多い交差点にあるため、道路を渡るのが少し難しいです。

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, bày trí gọn gàng sạch đẹp. Tuy nhiên, wifi không sử dụng được, sóng khá yếu. Vị trí: đi bộ ra chợ Jonker khoảng 15 phút, cũng hơi xa tẹo.

Kamarnya luas dan nyaman, namun untuk ke area Red Square masih berjarak -+1 km dan belum support trotoar yang layak untuk pejalan kaki.

古いホテルですが、とても美しいです。広いベッドルーム、高い天井、清潔なバスルーム。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで熱心です。まるで家にいるような気分です。

Fantastic stay room is clean and wifi is OK.

Sangat menikmati menginap di sini karena dekat dengan Jonker Walk, cukup berjalan kaki kurang lebih 15 menit.

I was impressed by the size of the family room, it was like a studio apartment size. The staff were friendly and accommodating, when we came the room was not ready, and when we came back the staff mentioned that she already turned the AC on. 😍 Really happy to come to a chilled room after the heat of Jonker Street.

The room and toilet is not cleaned. There were unpleasant smell.

First night was pretty OK, staffs are friendly at the front desk and everything went OK. However during the second day, when we went back to the room around 10plus, our room was cleaned up! I didn't request for a room clean at all! I have many valuable items in the room, in the event something is missing, who is going to take responsible? All my passports and ic are in my bed which I left it in the room, wat happen if one of your staff took a picture of our details and use it somewhere else? Is this the type of service the hotel is providing? Going into people room without their permission is not acceptable at all! Also, there is a cockroach found alive in our room! I was totally not expecting that as I have stayed in many hotels before and none of it has a cockroach in their rooms! Furthermore, there's a lizard shit found on the bed as well. After which, we called the front desk to send someone up to get rid of the cockroach as well as changing of the bedsheet. I was surprised they didn't provide service recovery at all, not even an apology to us! This really make me very disappointed as I have seen many good review about this hotel but this happens.
