通知や明確な情報がなく、サービスが非常に悪く、アプリケーションに情報がないにもかかわらず、子供を連れてくると料金を要求されます...汚くて、狭くて、埃っぽい...ヴィラの前の工事により景色が遮られています...

ずっとTelescopeに泊まりたいと思っていたのですが、昨日ようやく泊まることができました。第一印象では、スタッフがこんなに親切でフレンドリーだとは思っていませんでした。簡単に言うと、昨日 Traveloka で予約したのですが、部屋のタイプが表示された写真と違っていたことが判明しました (おそらくエラーのためです)。最後に、管理者とチャットしましたが、とても丁寧な対応をしていただきました😊。そしてその日、私たちの車はクタ地区でトラブルを抱え、私たちは管理者と再度チャットして、場所を確認するのを手伝ってくれる知り合いの整備士がいるかどうか尋ねようとしました。応答は非常に迅速で、非常に役立つオプションがいくつか提供されました。そうそう、ちなみにとてもフレンドリーな受付係の名前はSis Liでした。Sis Li、ありがとう😊 車に問題があり、遠くまで行かなければならず、場所が上り坂だったため、来られないのではないかと悲観的でしたが、私たちの滞在は順調に進みました。 部屋はとても素敵で、この料金に見合う価値があります。曇り空でもロンボクのビーチの美しい景色を眺めることができます。強くお勧めします。また Telescope に泊まる機会があればいいなと思います。

ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、ホテルの雰囲気もとても素敵でした。

ガスコンロの準備ができていなかったため、ベビーベッドにガス漏れがありました。

ホテルへのアクセスはかなり悪い道路です。スタッフとサービスはフレンドリーです。食べ物は本当に美味しいです。

素晴らしい景色です。とても快適な部屋でした。でもプールはちょっと汚い

最初は子供連れだったので問題がありましたが、説明を受けた後は問題ありませんでした。とてもお勧めです。快適でプライベート感があります。

The villa was clean and quiet. A bit far from anywhere, but the food from the villa 's restaurant was tasty. And most of all, they have a stunning view. It was a solitaire happy experience after all. Thank you for the friendly welcome, appreciated.

テレスコープ ヴィラに 1 泊だけ滞在しましたが、素晴らしい休暇でした。静かな場所なのでリラックスでき、新しい気持ちで仕事の 1 日を気軽に始めることができます。この場所をおすすめします。次回もまた来られるといいですね 😉

丘の上に位置し、とても景色が良いです。

The view is amazing! The staff is very helpful, and also they give us a high floor with a great view. The room is quite small, but it is still okay for us. Thank you for the experience:).

It was the first time we found a hotel that charged us 200k per kids per night (we have 2 kids) for staying but we could not get the extra bed because the room is too small (never had this before in other hotels, no notification in the apps, they said they cannot inform us because they don't have our phone number, it feels kind of weird to me). Indoor space was too small, we even cannot open our luggage, but the pantry area was quite big, we put our luggage there but bugs, ants and flies could get to our luggage since it's outdoor. We chose to stay here because we thought they have private whirlpool (jacuzzi), turned out our pool can be seen from the main access road to the lobby. All cars, guests and staffs can see to our pool, some cars also parked there. We have no privacy at all. No hot water in the whirlpool and our whirlpool is not functioning. The room was clean and the staffs is friendly. Location is far from the beach, need to rent a car.

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan dan tidak terlupakan staycations 3 malam di sini. Kamar bersih, pemandangan juara, pelayanan sangat ramah, makanan enak. Bila diberi rezeki dan kesempatan, akan menginap di sini lagi.

Tempatnya bagus, best view, staff ramah.

Kayaknya waktunya kurang tepat, saya kesana angin lagi kenceng, jadinya udara dingin banget. Telaganya juga kecil banget, kamar juga kecil, sempit. Dengan harga segitu gak worth it. Breakfast juga terlalu stndard, bawa bocil kena charge 200rb tapi pas pesan makan sangat terbatas 1 makan dan 1 minum senilai kurang dari 100rb. Lebihnya hanya ada pantry dan staffnya yang friendly. Thanks anyway.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, cocok buat honeymoon. Viewnya bagus, kamarnya juga ada pantry dan jacuzzi. Hanya sarapan kurang variasi, tapi rasa enak. Stafnya juga ramah-ramah.

Air jet shower toilet kecil banget, jacuzinya juga dingin, kamarnya kecil banget, air hujan masuk sampe ke area dapur, tidak ada keset maupun lap, sangat tidak nyaman, area parkirnya juga sempit, malam-malam harus pindah-pindah mobil.
