Nothing special about the hotel. The hotel is far from anything else. After more than 2 weeks, We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned. After several phone calls, still no result.

Sampai-sampai je tengok memang cantik hotel ni! Parking spot pon banyak. Area pun tak crowded. Masuk hotel, receptionist pun semua friendly. Sangat membantu. Tak sampai 15 minit terus dapat check in. Harga pun berpatutan. Memang selesa hotel ni. Recommended 👍❤️. Next, boleh repeat untuk stay dekat sini lagi.

Decoration dalaman yang sangat cantik, staff yang sgt membantu, paling penting murah. Memang best lah hotel ni. Kalau saya ke Ipoh lagi saya akan memilih Zone Hotel.

Staff okay & nice, lobby cantik, bersih, wangi. I stay 2 malam, tapi tak ada yang kemaskan bilik, tukar towel baru & letak sabun baru next day. Bilik bau hapak sangat, ada tingkap pun tak boleh bukak nak hilangkan bau tu 🙄 Plus towel pun sama bau hapak macam tak cuci 😌 Bilik tak bersih sangat, still ada rambut dekat lantai, katil double bed kecil just normal queen bed. Bilik tak soundproof. Location okay, banyak kedai makan dekat, parking pun okay.

The hotels stay was okay, however prior booking I was told that the superior and deluxe were the same room (with windows) just on different floors, hence I opted for the less costly one. Upon checking in, I was given two rooms without windows even though was told otherwise. Called the manager, after a thorough talk, he changed one of the two room to a room with a window but cannot be open and facing the backside of the hotel. I did not want to make a big fuss so I accepted it. Other than that, the receptionist was rather rude and talked harshly even though I just spoke normally during the checking in experience. There was also an issue with the bed type change I requested a week before the stay, however request was ignored and was told due to unavailability however upon checking online there are rooms available with my requested bed type (twin bed) and upon checking in. Nevertheless, the stay and rooms were okay for the price paid, only issue would be the staff and management handling it.
