O lugar é limpo e belíssimo. Os funcionários são educados, mas não tem estrutura de hotel. Cobram de forma desorganizada. Eu mesmo estou sendo cobrada por um valor que não devo porque é despesa de outro quarto cujos hóspedes estão tentando pagar desde do check-out e não conseguem. Se quiser jantar de noite, também não tem estrutura. Tivemos que pedir pizza fora do hotel. MUITA DESORGANIZAÇÃO. Decepcionada!!!!!

O hotel possui uma estrutura espetacular. Poucas vezes vi algo tão bem em estrutura física. O hotel só deixa a desejar na cozinha. Poucas opções de refeição. O café da manhã poderia ser mais organizado. A ideia de colocar todos os hospodes na mesma mesa não é boa. O jantar é muito limitado para os hospedes. Pode melhorar muito no que se refere a cozinha.

This vineyard hotel has thought of everything, from a cinema room, sauna, hot tub, pool to the onsite pizzeria & restaurant. We opted for the special asado menu which was amazing with our own private chef & 6 courses alongside fabulous wine - it doesn’t get any better!

Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff; beautiful rooms, buildings, landscaping, pool, hot tub, and vineyards; delicious food and wines--did that cover it? This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, and, for what you get, very reasonably priced. Our room was large with plenty of storage and the bed and pillows very comfortable. They offer a complimentary tour of the winery and wine tasting. Our host for the tour was Agostino, who spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. An equivalent tour in the US would have been costly but here was free with our room. Our only disappointment was that on our bike ride (free bikes!) through the vineyards, we were stopped by a few dogs that didn't appear so nice! Shoutouts to Barbara, Nacho, and Gabriel at the front desk for their hard work and dedication. Again, the entire staff was wonderful, whether we knew their names or not.

This was a wonderful choice for my family. My husband and myself, plus 3 adult children and their significant others. Good location, relaxing, bicycles, gym, pool, games. It was perfect for us. Thank you for all your hospitality!

Caso Agostino was beautiful, clean, and in one word, amazing. The staff were attentive, caring, and did their absolute best to assure we were happy. Daily cleaning service, and wonderful breakfast. The dinner (Asado) is definitely worth it, and a great personal experience. The location is located about 20-25 minutes outside the 'city', but that's what we were looking for. You'll require a car.

ótima estadia e muito bem atendidos. Hotel bonito, excelente café manhã, restaurante e quarto muito confortável. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Para ficar uma experiência inacreditável poderia ser feito um investimento em piscinas aquecidas, banheiro com hidromassagem e box com dois chuveiros no chalé conforto.

I loved this place, the staff is great and is always ready to help. We couldn't use the bikes as they were under repair. Near the area there is not much to do, there are a couple of winerys but I recommend renting a car

Excellent experience at Casa Agostino. Our host, Serena, was friendly and professional and spoke excellent English. The property is well maintained and has two pools, great amenities, and a fantastic breakfast.

Ficamos hospedados na casa de campo, que é linda e super confortável. Todos os atendentes foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. Uma baita experiência que super recomendo. O que é importante destacar é que a propriedade é mais afastada do centro, então caso tenha transfer contratado para os passeios, vai funcionar muito bem.

Perfect stay! The property is beautiful, quiet and very clean. Friendly staff that made us reservations for other wineries and dinners made our stay so easy. Breakfast is delicious and served all the way till 11:30. Chef Gaston made us an amazing dinner experience and also serves tasty pizza as the pizzeria. Although it's a luxury hotel it's family friendly with a nice game room and children's menus. It's so nice we extended our stay and definitely would come back.

Fica dentro de uma vinicola. A Serena, é ótima! Muito agradável, ela foi muito cuidadosa e atenciosa. Mas é necessária ter atividades na hospedagem que dê oportunidades aos hospedes de usufruir mais da vinícola. Estava tudo fechado.

This was a bit of an odd stay for my husband and I. The property, grounds, and winery were nothing short of stunning. The staff was friendly, but everything seemed a little unorganized and discombobulated. When we arrived we were told we needed a reservation for the restaurant or pizzeria and they were only open for lunch. This was a little off putting as that was not mentioned in advance and we had looked forward to helping ‘prepare’ dinner with the chefs as it’s noted you can do on their website (I even mentioned this via WhatsApp communication prior to our arrival). We were able to get into the pizzeria for a late lunch luckily as there is nothing else around the surrounding area. All in all there were a lot of people on the property and not enough amenities to support the guests. We tried to ride bikes, they were all spoken for; we tried to enjoy the jacuzzi or sauna (which only fit 2) and each time they too were occupied. Would I stay again? Probably, again it was beautiful and the honesty bar was a nice touch. Would I recommend it to a friend? No, I’m well traveled enough to roll with the punches but for others who maybe don’t it could lead to a disappointing stay.
