Great staff and clean rooms.

It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again. When constructions are over . But is a great spot!

The hotel is on a busy street. Half of the building is being renovated. There is some construction noise from around 8am. And there was noise from dogs barking during the night sometimes.The hotel location is close to the centro area, but nowhere close to a nice beach. The beach in Puerto Plata is an embarassment to the city and the country. Full of garbage.The staff were all very nice. the price per night is very reasonable.

***WARNING*** This property is undergoing construction renovations. There are many positive features, such as the staff is very attentive, and the housekeeping manages to keep the rooms and even common areas very clean. But if relaxation and resting is your priority, this may not be the best choice, or if you’ve already made a reservation, suggest that your room is opposite side of the construction and renovation area.

The staff member who checked us in/out was helpful and the process was easy.

The terrace is the best part of this hotel, not ment for long stays. But the rooms are clean staff is great and location is very convenient close to every. Also restaurant across the street has excellent food, all in all great 7days.

This experience was terrible! Awful reception, loud noise everywhere, couldn’t even sleep because at 7am, someone was hammering next to my room. Would never be back and I strongly recommend to avoid this place!!!!

Some Of the staff were good , the bartender was not good. Don’t expect her to give you ice or be polite.

Estancia muy agradable. Todo muy limpio y con todos los servicios. Personal muy atento de tu llegada y salida.

En general nuestra estadía fue buena. Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel ya que se encuentra caminando de los lugares más emblemáticos de punta cana. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable. Tuvimos problema con la conexión de TV y lo resolvieron, además de que llegamos temprano y nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje. El.unico detalle era con la limpieza, supongo que porque al lado hacen arreglos

The hotel is nice, there was construction happening when we arrived so from the outside it looked a little wild but it was a beautiful hotel. The rooftop is so nice and huge. We would stay again.

What i like about this place was that it was near the beach
