Habitacion con vista al mar, amplias y comodas para mi flia, 2 adultos 2 niñas. Muy organizado y mucha variadad de comida en restaurante tipo buffet. Aseo, excelente. Las areas comunes alrededos de las piscinas estrechas, poca disponibilidad de sillas playeras. En area de playa no hay playeras, ni carpas. Las mesas y sillas q estan en la primera piscina (frente a tarima de presentaciones? Le falta sombrillas para q la gente se ubique ahi y se proteja del sol durante el dia, tambien para poder estar pendiente de los niños mientras usan los toboganes.

No desde mi habitación no se veía la piscina, por todo lo demás bastante bien

He venido 3 años seguido para despedir vacaciones escolares. Es un lugar tranquilo, familiar, todo queda cerca, piscinas, toboganes, restaurantes, playa. Habitación confortable. Comida buffet.

Las instalaciones y los alrededores huelen a cañería

Beautiful beach & lovely pools. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buffets were very clean, well maintained with abundant fresh food & lots of healthy choices. Although it was clean, The rooms & buffet restaurant are in need of an extensive update. The hotel is showing its age. There are no outdoor restaurants to enjoy the Beautiful location, The evening entertainment was sadly lacking. They had a short dance show one evening, the rest of the time it consisted of an MC yelling loudly while organizing Adult musical chairs and a show aimed at woman acting “sexy” while he yelled inappropriate comments. The daytime entertainment staff were friendly and tried to organize fun activities. The resort is great for families but if you want a quiet relaxing location, go elsewhere

Limpeza, estrutura e conforto do quarto excelentes.

La habitacion estaba en buenas condiciones a exepción de la puerta del baño que se veia super vieja y no cerraba bien. El personal no fue muy amable, les falta el don de servicio. La comida no nos gustó. Ofrecen un restaurant de barbacoa con reserva y no era para nada lo esperado, super limitado y no habian cortes de carne diferentes al buffet.

The entire hotel was old… things seemed like they were falling apart. There were not enough lounge chairs or places to sit outside. There were not enough umbrellas. I had to get up early to save seats if we wanted somewhere to sit. The whole hotel was very loud… there was no where to just relax. The swimming pools felt dirty because there were so many people. The staff was nice, but no one actually helped you if you asked for help. They just said oh that isn’t my job or sorry I can’t help you with that. For example, the hotel says they have water sports….. well there are two double kayaks and that’s it….To eat in a restaurant you had to wait in a line for an hour to get a reservation. The one plus was the restaurant we ate at. It was very good and a nice experience. I guess I don’t feel it was worth half of what we paid…. It was really unfortunate. And to end the trip my son got food poisoning or ended up sick from the pool water. I had high hopes and with a few changes they could have made the experience a bit better.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel tout inclus. Personnel adorable et accueil chaleureux. Hôtel sympa et chambre agréable. Dommage que les chambres soient limitées à 4 personnes : avec 3 enfants, obligation de réserver une deuxième chambre. Une chambre familiale serait appréciée.
