清潔で落ち着いたいい感じのホテルでした。快適に宿泊できました。 フロントの人にバスステーションまでの行き方を聞いた時、少し不親切だったように思います。妻のスーツケースが重いので、10分といえど歩くのは少し辛いだろうと、タクシーについて聞きましたが、近い"close"とだけでそれ以上の案内はしてくれませんでした。

空港へのバス乗り場も近く、少し歩けば街のいろいろな観光スポットにも行きやすかったので、立地が良かったです。 スタッフの方も笑顔で親切でした。

Central location, easy walking distance to everything. Room clean and spacious, modern, updated decor. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Will stay here again.

It was my second stay with this hotel. This time, the coffee machine was out of order ( they said they will fix it next day )and the scale was also not working which was not fixed even in next day. Floor towel was missing when checked in in the first day. Ali, the staff who was always very helpful, sent to the room swiftly.

Flott og nyoppusset hotell med svømmebasseng på taket. Sentralt plassert i hovedgata Gran Via i den nye delen av sentrum. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården, men jeg tror også rommene mot gata er bra støyisolert.

Comfy room and beds with quiet air con. Nice shower room. The rooftop pool was disappointing. It is very small. The terrace is nice but can get busy as only 10 sun beds. The parking cost 25 euros a night, which was by far the most expense on our trip. No idea where hotels.com got the idea it was free as stated in the listing.

We were staying at this property during The Semana grande. The, experience of watching a firework show every night from the Hotel’s rooftop bar, while drinking complementary cava was a highlight of our evening for 5 straight nights. Hotel pool, overlooking the entire city is another highlight, our children absolutely loved it and we could relax there as a family for a few hours every day, in between morning and evening adventures.

Clean, Modern, central hotel in Bilbao. The rooms were small, but neat and tidy. The bathroom was again small but with a large powerful shower.

Hotel was nicely modern and well kept. We got a room with a balcony facing the interior courtyard - it was nice & quiet. The room was a comfortable size with a good sized bathroom with walk in shower. Conveniently located on Gran Via with many restaurants close by and a grocery store within walking distance. A bus stop a block away on Gran Via that can take you to the train station or old town. The front staff was generally fine except for one guy. A bit aggressive & not exactly personable. A girl greeted us & was going to help - he cut in & took over. His communication was a bit abrupt & a bit condescending.

Excellent hôtel. Très bien situé, à 20 mn à pieds de Casco Viejo. Hôtel très calme, très bien insonorisé. De l'accueil, au restaurant,ainsi que le service d'étage, et pour finir le petit déjeuner, tout le personnel est souriant, professionnel et très avenant. La chambre est très confortable, la salle de bain est top.

Everything was done so well. From check in to check out there was no issues and everyone was very helpful. They upgraded our room which was also well appreciated. It’s a 10 min walk to everything.

The room was excellent and the location superb. The pool was basically an oversized bathtub and not useable.

Check in couldn’t have been better! Upgraded to a bigger bed with larger room! All staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Tolles Hotel. Frühstückauswahl sehr gut. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Zimmergrösse und Einrichtung optimal. Die Tiefgarage lohnt sich, Parken in Bilbao nicht einfach.
