Lovely hotel, the staff really did spoil us.

We have had a wonderful stay at Canale Hotel and Suites. The customer service is outstanding. We took advantage of being collected from the airport and enjoyed a welcome drink on our arrival at the hotel. All of the staff were superb, considerate and looked after us so well. The breakfasts were delicious, and a wide range of Kefalonian dishes were offered. Our room was spacious, extremely well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a superb view.

As part of our honeymoon we stayed at the sister hotel Casaly. Our room was upgraded to the presidential suite. It was an absolutely amazing experience. It was simply the best hotel experience we have ever had and likely to ever have!

This hotel was beyond 5 stars for us. It was beautiful with a gorgeous view across the street from the water. The shopping and restaurants are so close by, it makes it so convenient. A 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff is always on hand to help at any moment. The breakfast is unbelievable with an assortment of different breads, desserts and cakes. We highly recommend. We will be back.

We had incredibly lovely and luxurious time at Canale Hotel & Suites during our trip to Kefalonia The customer service was impeccable: everyone was from start to finish very friendly and professional. Our stay started with a surprise: room upgrade and complimentary sparkling wine. The room itself was lovely: spacious, stylish, clean and seemed to be brand new. Bed was comfy and the room had a beatiful sea view. And most importantly: there was AC and the rooms were really quiet. The hotel is on a quiet seaside, but still within walking distance to Argostoli's town square. We had breakfast delivered to our balcony every morning and the options were plentiful and tasty We were really happy with our stay and the overall experience and we hope to come back one day. If you are looking to pamper yourself, this is the perfect place for it

It was an amazing stay, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful, guided us and also made ferry reservations. The property itself is very clean and modern, great location with beautiful view of the sea.Breakfast was amazing with very personalised service, we had never experienced before. You also get a free voucher for the Costa Costa Beach with your stay with sun loungers, which is a beautiful beach. Special thanks to Martine, Petros, Costas, Maria and Christina, sorry if I am forgetting someone but you all were amazing. Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one!!

By far the best Hotel we have stayed in Kefalonia,, we frequent often to Kefalonia on our travels to Greece

A nice surprise . This hotel was beautiful inside and the staff was so attentive and amazing . Would stay here over and over again !!

This was a perfect stay. The property is pristine and the staff beyond accomodating. They organised cars, taxi, restaurants and with great humour and a calm that was beguiling. The room and all of the hotel were spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. We could want for no more. The breakfast was fantastic and all home made by a member of staffs mum. Walkable to everywhere in town for drinks and food. We would not stay anywhere else. It is a perfect oasis of calm and good taste. The best feature were the staff and team at the hotel. They were beyond wonderful.

We were impressed by customer service provided at this hotel . It’s more then 6 stars. They go above and beyond . It’s modern , clean and conveniently located with everything you would need . Very delicious breakfast . Highly recommend it and would stay again . Thank you !

Fabulous what a home from home, in 45 years of travelling I’ve never found staff that literally thinks of every requirement with “welcome back” on your return, to the comfort of being in a womb…well done Alexandra and Spiros and everyone.

An excellent boutique hotel just a short walk from the main town of Argostoli and also perfect for the ferry to Luxouri.The level of customer service was outstanding, the staff booked all taxis, trips and restaurants for us and definitely went the extra mile to make our stay very special.

Don’t normally complete reviews but I feel I need to mention the outstanding customer service from Nina and her team. We were treated like VIPs during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful at every turn. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of fruits, pastries and a cornucopia of other dishes served before our actual breakfast order was taken. This hotel is a luxury that everybody should experience at some point. Their customer service was second to none. The hotel were very generous in assisting us with a late checkout due to our late flight time. Our room was very modern, clean and luxuriously comfortable. This hotel is a must experience. Go visit. You will not regret it.

Fantastic hotel and the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful. The extra services were great: complimentary beach beds reserved at costa costa, hotel WhatsApp number to use for the hotel to organise taxi pick up from anywhere on the island, organising day trips, amazing breakfast brought to your room and complimentary local wine on our last night. Would go back again and again. If you’re considering staying here I promise you’ll enjoy every second!
