We prepaid the room. Upon entering the room we felt the room smelled bad enough, and with the window screwed shut, we decided to return to the front desk and turned in our keys. A different room was not available, so we asked for a full refund. We never received a refund. We had used the toilet and a hand towel, but were only in the room for a couple minutes. Via email, the manager chose to disagree with our refund request.
