Had a great stay

The staff was really nice and professional. The hotel is in great condition. However the floors needed to be cleaned along with elevator.

Enjoyed the couch area.

Property was clean but is showing wear. Area surrounding was questionable. Not a great value for the money.

Attentive staff

Staff were very friendly and treated you like family. The only thing I have to say is that cleanliness could be a bit better , but I'll still come to this hotel again for traveling.

This hotel would be great to stay at bc it is rather new, close to downtown and the zoo, plus it is in a fenced in parking lot. BUT it is NASTY!! The housekeeping here is absolutely lacking!!! I am not sure WHEN the last time they cleaned any of it is. I would not have stayed here at all but I had already paid in full for it plus it was later in the evening when we checked in so we had no clue where else to go. I would not even take my shoes off to walk on the floor so I kept my flip flops on until I got in the bed bc it was the one thing that you could tell was clean. The floor was NASTY and the bathroom had barely been wiped down. The need a whole new cleaning staff!!!

Was above expectations

The pool wasn't very clean, had hair floating. Felt the floors in the room could of been cleaner, felt dirty walking on them. No working ice machine on our floor, tried the next floor and still not working. Would of been nice to have more than one tiny trash can in the room, there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom at all

Didn't like the confusion that is being handled.. Problems were created by this ordeal and was most miserable the whole time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING when we got there and it took a long time for it to warm up after adjusting the AC. The room was very spacious but a little dirty. There were visible stains on the bed, sofa, and walls.

They needed more staff!

The hotel was nice enough for our purposes, but there was a decent amount of small bits of previous guests' trash in the two room we reserved. Clothing tags, paper, hair tie and a counter that hadn't been wiped clean. Also, there's a gap under the doors leading out of the room into the hall and the shared door to the adjoining room. We heard loud and clear what was going on next door - thankfully just loud sports updates on someones phone. I took the couch cushions to create a noise barrier. Good breakfast options and a very short drive to downtown and Newport.

we came for a concert and loved our stay here! all staff was exceptionally friendly, and everything in the room was so clean I wouldve eaten off it! will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Cincinnati!

Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was amazing. The walls are a little thin if you know what I mean. Easy solution to the missing bell hop carts. Cleaning crew on a daily basis make beds and refresh towels. They can see if carts are in ther rooms

Room was not ready for us. We had several issues with things either not working or just not cleaned. Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful but it seemed that they were very under staffed. She did her best to help.

The hotel was nice. The area around the hotel was creepy but it was definitely nice. Good breakfast as well.

It’s true, it’s not that clean. Just walls and hard wood floors were dirty. But the staff was great and the place was safe and easy to Uber and drive to places. Would stay again.
