Very nice room, but we booked a king and got a queen. Didn’t bother complaining since it worked. Got charged a “destination fee” 3 days after I checked out (enough to knock my account negative..). The lady that answered my call about this was really rude and kept cutting me off when I tried to answer her questions about my room details. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Boston was fantastic. The location is amazing—right in the middle of everything and so easy to walk to the North End and Faneuil Hall. ​The room was fully modern, stylish, and very clean, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were very nice and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. ​One thing to keep in mind is that breakfast is through a menu rather than a buffet. It was delicious and felt much more high-end since everything is made to order! We would definitely stay here again.

Spotless room. Received a room upgrade because our room was a few minutes late being prepared for check in. Great staff!

Staff was exceptional, hotel was spotless. 1 block from the metro. So so easy. Food at Rose was fantastic.

The room was clean and decorated so nicely. The lobby was upscale and the staff at the front desk were helpful.

Clean room, quick check in, restuarant was great and great location. Parking next door in the garage also very convenient.
