総合評価とレビュー Radisson RED Hotel, Vienna

スタッフの対応が秀逸でした。特に朝食時のｻ-ﾋﾞｽは本当に素晴らしいものでした。

ウィーン中心部の北よりに位置するドナウ運河沿いにあるホテル。オットー・ワグナーの水門監視所のすぐとなり。コンパクトで比較的リーズナブルなデザインホテル。運河で町の反対側なのが、行く前は不安点でしたが、地下鉄のエレベーターがホテルの目の前にあって、ここから駅にも入れて運河の下も渡れるという利便性がありました。

We had a junior suite for me, my wife, and my daughter, and the view was magnificent. We liked it very much. Also, the hotel has a metro station right in front of it. In conclusion, it is an excellent choice if you want to spend your vacation in the center of Vienna.

Hotel incrível, próximo de bares e restaurantes e transportes públicos. Café da manhã incrível e staff excelente.

Very good hotel for couples, also convenient access to a main U-Bahn stop right outside the hotel door and Straßenbahn located across the bridge. Housekeeping was very good and on top of refills and cleaning. Unfortunately the check in via Experian was very slow but easily resolved by the hotel. The hotels food and drinks options are on the higher side compared to most of the city. If you want a safe and convenient hotel give this a go

Comfortable room, very nice breakfast, good location, and amazing people. A bit sad about the room service that is closing very early, and the bar that was booked for a private event, but the rest was more than great.

Great hotel, good location - very close to U-bahn and walking distance from city centre and good restaurants and cafés. The hotel was very nice and modern, hotel staff nice and helpful. Good rooftop bar too - you probably get more value and view from there during the summer season (we visited in February) but still good vibes, music and view of the city from across the river.

+ Nice atmosphere. Central location. Rooftop bar was nice to visit during late evening. Restaurant crew very service minded. - Booking made via Hotels.com was lost (even though confirmation mail received) so room not confirmed nor available upon arrival. Receptionist solved this on the spot in a good way luckily.

Zimmer sind sehr stylisch, der Donaukanal Blick sehr schön. Liegt sehr zentral.

Clean, convenient location, very professional and friendly staff

Zuerst einmal sollte erwähnt werden, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Das Frühstück ist enttäuschend. Das Italian Omelette war bis zur Hälfte trocken, nicht genießbar. Säfte werden in einem großen Glas präsentiert, das suggeriert frisch gepressten Saft. Alle Säfte bestehen aus Konzentrat und sind gesüßt. Überschaubare Auswahl an Käse und Wurdt, ebenso Cerealien. Zumindest gab es frische Wassermelone, Obstsalat standard, Röstitaler Tiefkühlkost wie auch in einem günstigen Ibis Hotel zu finden, Dennoch gab es Lachs aber wenig Gemüse. Zimmer: Zimmer ist schön und originell eingerichtet. Allerdings ist die Klinaanlage/Heizung dermaßen laut, dass diese abgestellt werden musste. Mitten in der Nacht sprang dann der laute Lüfter des Kühlschranks an (der sowieso nicht gefüllt ist) und vorbei war es mit dem Schlaf. Sehr ärgerlich, ich hoffe die Dame an der Rezeption hat dies an die Kollegen der Technik weitergeleitet. Der Duschkopf war nicht fest verschraubt, sodass das Wasser vorne und hinten aus der Brause kam. Bett ist sehr bequem, rooftop Bar leider erst abends geöffnet, im Winter wäre es wünschenswert dort am Nachmittag verweilen zu können bei etwas Sonne. Herausstechend ist die Sauberkeit, hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln,top Alles in allem empfehlenswert, wenn die Fehler behoben werden, direkt an der U-Bahn Station, allerdings ist der Übernachtubgspreis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt und 20€ für ein eher durchschnittliches Frühstück kann man sich sparen.

Ottimo Hotel, pulito, bello, moderno ed accogliente. 15 minuti a piedi da Stephen’s cathedral. Colazione molto buona e ricca. Una garanzia.

die lage ist sehr gut- öffis perfekt erreichbar. bei der ankunft wurde nur englisch in der rezeption gesprochen- eigentlich sind wir in österreich und erwarten mindestenens einen deutshcsprachigen mitarbeiter!

Direkt an der U-Bahnstation, Innenstadt gut zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen

Was wonderful, the hotel have a train station in front the main entrance, because is not near from the downtown but is only 15 min by train or 5 in taxi, the room was nice and the breakfast was very complete :)

Eigentlich ist alles gut gewesen das Hotel liegt sehr zentral jedoch haben die Zimmer im Hotel Keine Fenster die man aufmachen kann. Das ist wirklich schrecklich gewesen. Keine frische Luft auch beim öffnen der Türe kam kaum Luft ins Zimmer.
