受付時のスタッフさんは愛想が無かったですけど お部屋は（屋根裏部屋の様なお部屋）広くキャリーケースが広げやすかったです。窓ふきがある事を知らずキャリーケースを開けっ放しにしてしまいました。 まあ、言われても理解できなかったかもですが(笑)

スタッフの対応が秀逸でした。特に朝食時のｻ-ﾋﾞｽは本当に素晴らしいものでした。

ウィーン中心部の北よりに位置するドナウ運河沿いにあるホテル。オットー・ワグナーの水門監視所のすぐとなり。コンパクトで比較的リーズナブルなデザインホテル。運河で町の反対側なのが、行く前は不安点でしたが、地下鉄のエレベーターがホテルの目の前にあって、ここから駅にも入れて運河の下も渡れるという利便性がありました。

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und für ein Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet, da das Hotel direkt an der U-Bahn Stadtion liegt. Was man nicht empfehlen kann, ist die RoofTop Bar. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen dort überfordert zu sein und kommen wünschen nicht nach. Eine Frage nach einen Aschenbecher zu bringen, dauerte 15min. Als ich ihn selbst holen wollte, wurde ich höflichst gebeten an meinen Platz wieder zu gehen. Das frühstück ist okay, aber für den Preis ausbaufähig

Modernt hotell i designstil med en mycket trevlig takterrass som hade DJ. Frukostbuffé som var något dyr i förhållande till kvalitet (en ganska standard hotellfrukost med gott utbud). Lagom stora rum med stort fönster och fräscht badrum. Fina fasta sängar man sov gott i. Plus i kanten med luftkonditionering på rummet i värmeböljan!

We have left a 300 eur toothbrush in the room. The front desk did not even reply to our email and their public phone number is a helpndesk in India. Service level 0

Very rude front desk personnel, they never helped me. Next time I'll prefer to stay Mercure City Hotel next to this hotel.

Best hotel but very serious and cold reception staff. Nice breakfast, but again distant staff.

The staff was incredibly rude. When we went to check in, it was around 2:45pm, we were asked to wait because the crew was going through shift change and the computers were switching over. No problem. We stepped to the side to a sitting area where we were the only ones waiting. Then people started walking in to check in and at one point the line was to the door. After waiting for around 10 minutes we hadn't been called over to check in, but they were checking in people who came into the hotel after us. I finally stood up and walked over and asked why we weren't getting checked in, the other attendant said that he was working on something, this is the same attendant that told me that he would be right with me. After another 5 mins he finally checked us in, only to be told that our room was not ready yet and it would be approximately 10 min. By this time it was well after 3pm, the hotels designated check in time. I proceed to sit down once again and wait. After about 5 min the attendant come over to me and told me that the room would be ready in 5 min. At that moment I started a stopwatch on my phone. From the time I started the time until the attendant finally told me that our room was ready, it was 28 minutes and 37 seconds. He never told me any information about the hotel, like where the elevators were...what time check out was...etc. Also, a front desk attendant with a nose ring was incredibly rude when I asked hey questions about amenities. Radisson, do better.
