非常に良いホテルです！部屋も綺麗で心地よくスタッフも英語が通じて親切に対応してくれます。併設しているカフェバーは、深夜まで営業していて、街中のバルがクローズしたあともくつろげます。

It was clean and nice. The people were kind. If I had to say one thing, I would like a bottle of water for each person.

Conveniently located near the old town. The hotel staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

バスターミナルから遠過ぎず、旧市街へも新市街へも行きやすいホテルという条件でこちらを選びました。お部屋はとても清潔感がありオシャレで、思った以上に便利な場所でした。1つ裏通りにスーパーマーケットDiaがあるのもプラスポイントですね。 今回3泊4日した中で残念だったのが、他の方もおっしゃってるように冷蔵庫がない事、あと私たちが改善して欲しいなと思った事として、初日に部屋に置いてあった紙コップが使用されて汚れていても1度も交換されなかった事（最終日には紙がフニャフニャになった笑）、トイレットペーパーの補充タイミングが不明なので足りなくなりそうな日があった事。これらの補充がちゃんとされていればもう少し気持ち良く宿泊出来るかと思います。

バス停からも近く便利の良い場所 夜も比較的静かです

Two-star hotel in a really good location, walkable to many good restaurants, coffee shops, beach area... San Sebastian summer lodging rates are pretty high compared to Bilbao in general. Since we were out most of the day, it was more important to us to stay at really good location rather than a moderately more expensive hotel.

Great location in Gros. Staff friendly and helpful and room spacious and cleaned daily. Zero complaints. Would highly recommend for location, service and cleanliness. Perfect for a travelling couple.

It was ok. Very expensive and no nice touches to justify the cost. Spacious room. No robe or slippers. Friendly staff. Just very expensive for what it is. Small shower despite large room. Great location.

The hotel’s location was perfect! Close to the old city center an easy access to get an Uber when needed. The beach was very close as well. Friendly staff the 24 hrs. We were a reasonable walking distance to the Real Sociedad stadium which was nice.
