The room is clean and tidy, the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff are helpful and friendly, is my second time stay in Sheraton Zhaoqing, will stay again

the environment is good and the service is good

Everything is fine. There are two game rooms for kids, but no games facilities such as mahjong and chess are provided for adults.

Reception does seem to have my booking at time of check in. The request I have highlighted have not been looked at. Most importantly my wife could not sleep whole night because of the serious dust mite on her bed. For a world brand chained hotel, this is totally unacceptable. Supposed to celebrate our wedding anniversary but the stay totally ruined by the bad experience.

found no slippers in the room, have to call housekeeping to deliver.

空調不理，床褥太軟

1）自助早及晚餐食物味道並不是五星級質數，最多只可給與兩星分數，明顯廚團內並沒有一流廚師。 2）酒店大堂及通道環境寬大舒適，值得一讚！ 3）房間空調循環不好，房間悶熱，找來維修人員跟進，他說溫度會慢慢涼快起來的。但整晚並沒有改善，深夜也被熱醒了！ 4）床褥及床枕等質量並不配為五星級，只是一些平價品質，所以整晚也未能好好熟睡。

Food at Chinese restaurant is very good

Only the locaton is 25 minutes from Zhaoqing City

the room is large and good in conditions. the workers there are very nice.

Hotel is new and hotel room is well decorated and spacious.
