歴史地区にあり、観光には最高の立地です。 スタッフも親切でした。 お部屋に傾斜があるため、工夫して室内で過ごさないと、ちょっと具合が悪くなりました。

チェックインして部屋に行くとまだ清掃中でした。 部屋の外で待ちました。 カードキーの接触が悪いので何回も出し入れしました。 エレベーターも一機ずっと故障していて床もボコボコだったので、このホテルに限らずかなり年季が入っている建物が多い感じです。

立地がよく、観光に便利でした

Hotellet, ligger bra beläget vid historiska centrum samt, promenad avstånd till viktiga sevärdheter. Vänlig personal som hjälpte vid frågor om turer m.m. Frukosten ingick men utvalda menyer som räckte. Ett minus var att personalen förväntade sig alltid dricks vid frukost servering annars fick man inte så bra service tyckte vi. Vi tyckte att det var bra hotell centralt beläget.

Customer service was 1000%. Nancy was helpful to arrange my tours online communication and were ready for when I arrived. Our reservation included breakfast and the food was delicious. Hotel is a walking distance from Templo Mayor and Zocalo. Thank you Staff Gillow for a memorable and safe stay!!

For many years, I brought student groups to this hotel. I had not been here for 17 years. Several upgrades have been made, including Internet in the rooms (though it is a bit slow) and air conditioning. There are also in-room safes now.This staff continues to be friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant downstairs, which makes me to order breakfasts. The location can’t be beat!
