When i arrived, my deposit was now $50, rather than the $30 it usually is. There were fleas all over our room, the floor was dirty and wet, bathroom qas disgusting and the light in there did not work. The pool was drained and closed despite being advertised as open.

The pool was emty, except gross algae from rain. Gaps around doors an they had clearly been kicked in several times. Area and people that lived at hotel were loud. Wish i could have afforded somewhere else once there but price hikes made that not possivle

Made me pay for 2 nights even when I told them that my plans got changed and I only had to stay one night, I checked in at 1 am…. Gave me a room that smelled like cigarettes and the covers had soooooo many cigarette burns in them I was completely disappointed

The room was not clean there was cockroaches the door had been kicked in at some point and the door trim was the only thing holding the latch and lock there was no trash can it bags it was just overall horrible!

the place was nasty floors has not been mopped and was sticky there was trash all behind the nightstand

Gross, the sheets were dirty, towels stained

I cancelled the reservation because of traffic on I-95, I decided to head west on I-10, so I did not stay at this property.

The room had an odor. I had to spray every time I left and came back. The shower curtain was put up wrong. When you closed the curtains you wouldn’t have any room to wash because it curved into your washing area.

Very convenient, but it was bugs in the room, couldn't sleep in some man was yelling at 8 in the morning, the rail in the shower falling off the wall, said it had a pool an it wasn't open just was a bad experience...

I didn't even stay there . The reception lady was SO rude, 2 guys were usind the dumpster as bathroom, swimming pool was not working and water was totally GREEN, reception bathroom wasn't working either. It took me 4 hours looking for another room somewhere else.

The full kitchen amenities were impressive . Fully functioning elevators . Quick and easy check in & friendly staff.

Not so good. The shower knob was broken with a led light shower head. The stove had a colorful light as well. The door of the hotel room needs to be replaced because it's off track not aligned. The bed sheets had stains and smoke burns with holes. The actual pillows were dirty and stained. The front desk was very rude with awful customer service. I was charged a $30 deposit fee and was denied my deposit once I checked out.

Rooms are nasty and needs to be updated

It was a pleasant stay for a short term work project. Room was clean, neat, and tidy stove worked once reset by the maintenance worker who came in a timely manner. Pleasant enough staff who want your business. Seem to be continuing improving the property.

Killed a cockroach in the room… Don’t stay here

I had no complaints, no issues at all. Especially for the price

Dirty laundry no clean towels bed was nothing but a pad over box springs. Guests roaming outside all night loud and obnoxious. Worse place I have ever stayed. I should have slept in my truck!
