場所は非常に遠く、チェックインは非常に複雑です。ロビーがないため、前で人を待たなければならず、デポジットはかなり高価です。

Harga yang sangat berbaloi untuk tempat bermalam yang sangat selesa untuk kami keluarga kecil bertiga. Lengkap dengan utiliyyang sangat baik. Very recommended.

The room smelled horrible, there were cockroaches in the room. The room has cameras, and the staff has access card to enter your room whenever they want. I was harassed by the hotel staff to pay extra money (MYR370), else he will enter the room to "check it". The money is supposedly for cleaning the place, security deposit, and tourism tax. Upon trying to request paying the money on check out (we didn't have cash), he started yelling outside the building, called a spare key card and entered the room, where my girlfriend was sleeping. We had to take our luggage out and find someplace else to stay, as we were thrown out of the room. The nightmare did not stop there as then he threatened to hit me, stopped me from checking into another hotel right next door, till I pay him his money. I did not accept being extorted this way, so I called the roaming around the building, they helped me safely escort my girlfriend to another hotel. Keys were handed over back to the hotel, meanwhile no cancellation or refund was provided. I lost money, time, and had my life in danger. Never going to book through the app as they do nothing in this situation, nor am I ever gonna stay in this hotel. The review doesn't allow uploading videos, so I am going to upload pictures from the video. The guy in the brown suit is me, and the one in the red jacket is hotel staff.

Got hidden cost cleaning fees RM60.

Clean and comport but you have to deposit 300RM its OK, but for cleaning fee 60 Rm must be included, not charged to customer. Extra 20RM for foreigner.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. The parking lot is spacious enough.

Kita sudah booking full payment tapi tetap minta deposit yang sangat besar, sehingga saya malas melanjutkannya.

This accomodations is awesome surrounding, but the owner want another payment for cleaning fees RM60, I already stay in different residence in Malaysia but only this residence need another payment for cleaning process and not include in total price. Besides that, they also need to high deposit rm300. This is ridiculous.
