Close to the busy area, easy access to Nishiki Market. I didn't have a chance to use the restaurant downstairs this time, but it was always crowded and I could assume that they were still doing well :)

コンパクトですが立地もよく、スタッフさんの自然体の対応でアットホームな雰囲気。併設のレストランでの朝食も満足。アートも楽しめました。次回はラウンジでゆっくりしたいです。

カフェ、ラウンジも利用しやすく、ホテルもきれいでした。 特に、カフェのコーヒーが美味しかったのが嬉しかったです。

とっても大満足で素敵なホテルでした。また京都に行く際は利用したいと思いました。

窓が隣の建物と隣接していてカーテンと壁のような感じでしまったままでした。事前にそのような説明はなく、少しガッカリしました

錦市場に近くてとても立地が良い 部屋もリラックス出来てベットも広くて快適でした。清潔感があって総合的に良かったです。

清潔で十分な広さでした。アメニティも揃っており、コーヒー、お茶、お水も揃っていました。 ウェルカムドリンクでお抹茶と和菓子を頂けてサービスも良かったです！錦市場が近く周りにもおみせがいっぱいありアクセスが良かったです。ただ河原町や先斗町へは少し距離があるので、そこはバスやタクシーが必要です。

ロケーションが抜群。部屋も予想してたほど狭くなく、新しく清潔且つ快適でした。フロントの方も気持ちが良い対応でした。また利用させていただきます。

Loved my stay here - the staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was large, modern, and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The attached coffee shop to the building is a perfect way to start your day or to wind down, it was a life saver to have something so tasty and reliable right downstairs. The location of the hotel is close by touristy areas but tucked enough away where you’re not feeling overwhelmed. It’s easy to walk anywhere and to get to main public transit. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location, spacious rooms, very quiet nights, kind and helpful staff. If we ever come back to Kyoto, we will stay here again. We had some very minor issues with cleanliness (e.g., underneath the beds), otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Really friendly staff, good sized rooms and a great hotel in a perfect location for our trip. The Common Well cafe in the hotel serves a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee and snacks. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect location, super quiet, comfortable beds and the staff went out of their way to help.
