very easy to check in and they are very welcoming. Beautiful room and friendly staff.

My stay had been very nice. It was a non-contact service throughout but they are very responsive to all the questions and requests, even more responsive and faster than a lot of hotels with staff that I have stayed. The room is extremely clean and very nice. They have everything we need, including beach towels. The area where the hotel is located is not a tourist spot, more local, the pro side about this is that it is more quiet compared to other tourist areas. Close to beach. The lobby has everything too even though no staff there, like a rest room, coffee, water etc.

Room was perfectly equipped and comfortable. Sleek and modern design and very clean. Location was perfect, right in the middle of a lot of nightlife and good distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend

Enjoyed my stay in Puerto Rico. The host was very professional, friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Just what we needed for a one night San Juan layover. The place is very bare bones. Never saw anyone who worked there - we let ourselves in when we got there and accessed our room with codes we received via text from the manager. Very clean and quiet.

The property is clean. However it's location is extremely poor. So much so that our Uber driver told us that under no circumstance should we leave our room at night. There are two outside doors, one made of glass was smashed and the other was made of flimsy metal. Our shower drain was clogged. We called but nothing was done about it. The tv was worthless. We could only receive childrens channels in spanish. Never again!

Very convenient and comfortable. They assisted with luggage storage prior to check in and also catered for our personal requests. I had a lovely stay. Thank you

Great place if you’re doing 1-2 nights. Had everything we need for the 2 nights we stayed.

The neighborhood appears sketchier than it really is. The 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful!!! The bedroom off the street was too noisy and you could hear everything outside which made for a sleepless night. We just stayed one night but it’s a great place to revisit.

Room was clean. Uber was available. Missing breakfast spot near area. Window to the room was street level.

We stayed here for our cruise and it was perfect. So clean, we had wine left for us . Very comfortable bed !

Great for a place to land while exploring San Juan! Includes all the creature comforts of home. Clean & comfortable room and bath, bottled water, coffee, and PARKING!!! Jorge goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything that you need to enjoy your stay.

Overall, the place was good. It was a great place for a layover while waiting for Cruise. The management communicated very effectively and provded great tips and recommendations. Very easy checkin at any hour. Although accomidations were tight, they were clean, and well maintained.

It's fairly new and the room we stayed in was very good. The property had water bottles available for all people staying in their property. While the property was located in an older neighborhood, it was very safe area and had many nice restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will stay again if we plan on visiting San Juan.

Hotel room and common area was well-taken care of and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and easy to contact via text. Cleaning staff were responsive and friendly. Very good support for English speakers. Marc Anthony room was similar in space to New York City hotel room - not spacious but perfectly adequate. On street level, windows have tinting but in the evening you should close the blinds for full privacy. Excellent food, Walmart, Marshalls, fruit market, beaches within 30 min walking distance. Santurce Art Walk is just two blocks away, beaches to the north Outside the hotel (early 2025), Santurce has a lower-SES feel to the west and south of the hotel. People will beg you for money at times. Walking at night was mostly comfortable - more empty than threatening. Parking is _very_ tight on the street. Casa Ciana has a lot that is usually available, but I think using Uber to get to and from the hotel is much more useful and then renting from the nearby locations to travel beyond Old San Juan. Street noise is generally low throughout the night. Practice your Spanish or bring a translater, bring some cash, and visit Restaurant Omayra next door to get some _authentic_ PR food. Or try the food trucks - we didn't get to them this time. I'd stay here again for sure.

Place was adaquit but tiny. No bath mat in shower, couldn’t open the refrigerator door all the way, no lights for reading in bed. Smooth entry.

We stayed 1 night before our cruise. It was perfect.
