あらかじめ掃除を頼んでおいたのに、掃除されていない日があった。ゴミさえ捨てられていなかった。エアコンの使い方について、説明書がなかった。

立地、サービス、客室、どれもとても最高。 観光地の真ん中にあるにも関わらず、夜は静かでとても過ごしやすかった。 また、コペンハーゲンに行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいホテル。

ロケーションが駅、繁華街ともに近く、スタッフも親切です。部屋も清潔で遊び心たっぷりで申し分無いホテルでした。

デザインがかわいく、立地も便利でまた滞在したいです。

Excelente localização, amplo quarto e banheiro. Hotel possui dois bons restaurantes. Para o padrão do hotel deixa a desejar no serviço de quarto/ limpeza e arrumação e troca de toalhas, tem que solicitar todos os dias caso queira.

Quirky and fun!

Excellent Location, big room, good bed and shower, average breakfast. But for the price, it was not near good enough. No coffee-machine in the room, no cleaning & making up the bed (we stayed 3x nights), one (!) chair and table in a double room, the TV was on the left SIDE of the bed, and a most peculiar interior design. A 4 star hotel for a 5 star price and in reality it is a three star motel.

Perfect hotel for a city trip to Copenhagen

It was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much! The design is amazing, breakfast was delicious and location - unbeatable ! We highly suggest this hotel!

According to front desk, Twin rooms are never guaranteed through Expedia. We had to switch rooms the next day. Funky hotel was interesting decor. Location was perfect for walkabiluty to everything and everywhere. Front desk agent, Vasco, was amazing and very attentive and informative- he was the best at the hotel. Towels were old and need replacing.

We had no sleep at all until 4:30 am on our first night. The hotel has many rooms facing an extremely noisy street, where shouting and arguments continue right through the night. The existing double glazing is completely inadequate for this level of noise. The curtains consist of one thin layer and a blackout curtain, which do nothing to block sound. At the very least, the room would need an additional inner window or a second set of double-glazed panes, plus a thick, noise-deadening curtain. The number one priority of any hotel should be to give its guests a good night’s sleep. This room fails 100% in that regard. As many others have said, this hotel is more concerned with looking like an Instagram snapshot from ten years ago than with addressing its many basic faults. I won’t waste time listing them – just read the 3, 2 and 1-star reviews and you’ll see the pattern: endless complaints, the usual “sorry to hear” responses, and no real action. I travel almost every month across Europe, and this hotel has left one of the worst impressions. At best, it’s a 2-star property – the shower old, there’s no genuine room service, and the so-called “environmental” excuses are laughable when they don’t even provide a plug for the sink, as others have mentioned. It’s overpriced, and while the location is often described as “good”, remember this: Copenhagen is small – everywhere is close to everything. The reality here is noise, not convenience.

Funky, alternative vibe. Clean rooms, interesting lobby, bar and restaurant.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Decor is interesting, a bit of a visual shock but you get used to it. Pillows could be better.

We were horrified when the hotel informed us that they don’t offer housekeeping because they are eco-friendly and instead of making up your bed they plant a tree instead! How does not making your bed equal planting a tree? I have travelled the world and that is the most ridiculous policy that I have ever encountered. I don’t go on holiday and pay thousands to make my own bed.

Erittäin hyvällä paikalla keskustassa, mm. lähin metroasema jonne pääsi lentoasemalta, oli kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotelli sijainnistaan huolimatta rauhallisella paikalla ja yöllä hiljainen Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja hotellissa panostettu sisustukseen, huoneessa kuului baarikaappi muutamine tuotteineen hintaan Aamupala oli maittava

Great stay. Really enjoyed the design and nice touches the hotel had. Location was very convenient.

The hotel is centrally located and somewhat hip. The floor I was on was on split levels - I had to walk up or down 3 or 4 steps two times to get to my room while on the same floor. There were no closets or drawers in my room, so we lived out of our suitcases.

Wonderful vintage theme. Great bar and the food at Neni’s was very good. Beds were good. Extra pillows were available.
