あらかじめ掃除を頼んでおいたのに、掃除されていない日があった。ゴミさえ捨てられていなかった。エアコンの使い方について、説明書がなかった。

立地、サービス、客室、どれもとても最高。 観光地の真ん中にあるにも関わらず、夜は静かでとても過ごしやすかった。 また、コペンハーゲンに行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいホテル。

Clean rooms and ever so quiet. Great location. Good bar. Best buffet breakfast at any hotel I've stayed.

Out of many travels, this hotel is one of my favourites. Incredible design features, large room overlooking a shopping street, big shower area, tall windows, comfortable bed, super friendly staff, a sauna, and many lounges, bar and restaurants in house! Did I mention free mini bar! Aptly situated near metro and shopping in the heart of the old city. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

That hotel has a "personality". It is different from big chain hotel with no soul. The vinyl lounge is super cook

The location near the shopping district is the best thing. The hotel has steps for which help was mostly not offered. Even from the reception to my room, there were steps. Service is spotty—our bed was not made. I’m not sure why but they had slippers in the luggage store room. But not in the bedroom.

Beautiful funky hotel, the location is just perfect. If i ever revisit Copenhagen, I will stay in this same hotel.
