あらかじめ掃除を頼んでおいたのに、掃除されていない日があった。ゴミさえ捨てられていなかった。エアコンの使い方について、説明書がなかった。

立地、サービス、客室、どれもとても最高。 観光地の真ん中にあるにも関わらず、夜は静かでとても過ごしやすかった。 また、コペンハーゲンに行く機会があれば是非泊まりたいホテル。

ロケーションが駅、繁華街ともに近く、スタッフも親切です。部屋も清潔で遊び心たっぷりで申し分無いホテルでした。

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions in the city center. Outstanding breakfast. Really nice deco in the guest room. The one thing that wasn't perfect was that the sink in the room drained quite slowly. The staff were super helpful in helping address this, which towards the later part of our stay did seem much improved. The staff also gave us the option to check out different rooms. We ended up staying in the room first assigned to us because it faces the interior courtyard and the layout was better.

Had an amazing experience and grateful for it. Great location and great stay for a solo trip or even for a family trip. Bang in the middle of city centre. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Mimi & Paloma they were very helpful in trying to secure me a room early after a long flight. I enjoyed a nap in the "audiophonics" room in the mean time. Large rooms, very clean very eclectic. Great location. Would stay again

Nice hotel with nice location. Coffee in room was great! Many amenities. No issues with front desk. Anything we asked for, they provided. I think they need to upgrade towels and pillows.

Kult hotell. Utrolig bra beliggenhet! Veldig sentralt og en kan ta metroen direkte fra flyplassen til nørrepport og så et hotellet like ved. Hotellet er ved det runde tårn.

Superb location, phenomenal bar staff and a marvellous room!

Perfect location, and my extra large room was great for doing some work while on the trip. Clean and bright, and just steps to the the most happening parts of Copenhagen. And an easy (or cycle) walk to most of the museums, palaces, gardens, restaurants and cafes. Just note that some of the room decor may not be appropriate for kids (the window drapes in my room were not).

The entire hotel was fun and professionally ran. Dinner at the restaurant at the restaurant was great, so was our wait Emil. Cocktails and snacks, especially the truffle popcorn were excellent...our bartender was amazing at drink recommendations. Our room was exactly as described and pictured prior to booking, and of course a great location.

We really had a fantastic experience here. The location is perfect for all of the restaurant choices we made as well as the canal cruise we booked. We also appreciate shaving bike rentals onsite and the option to do just a few hours vs paying for a whole day. The hotel decor is quirky and fun. The staff made us feel welcome and it was notable they were flexible with our needs. We would stay here again for certain!

What a great hotel. Optimal location, excellent amenities (loved the bike hire option). Sensible mini-bar approach (wish others would follow). Quiet at night, spacious rooms. Lovely bar and breakfast space. There is no question where I would stay next time I am in Copenhagen.
