1週間滞在しました。 フロントのスタッフさんはとても親切で笑顔で迎えてくれて滞在中自宅のように過ごせました。 部屋もとても綺麗でよかったです。

チェックインの時間を知らせると、早い時間だったけれど、部屋を用意してくれていました。部屋の設備も使いやすく、快適に過ごせました。近くにスーパーがあり便利でした。 QBBの駅からは少し遠かったです。

Citadines front desk personnel were extremely helpful, always smiling and very friendly! i will definitely come back while in Vienna. Breakfast was delicious!!!

Prima verblijf in grote, nette kamer, met mogelijkheid tot zelf koken. Het voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Het ziet er spiksplinternieuw uit en is heel goed onderhouden!

Property was excellent and exactly what we hoped. Had to get bus to and from underground which run really frequently and takes 10 minutes so not too much trouble if confident traveller.

No top up of drinking water at the front counter, coffee beans and milk at the common area for guests for the 2 nites that i stayed there. When i asked the male manager. He asked me to go super market to buy. In the end i cannot have my latte. The attitude was not friendly at all.

Very clean and family friendly place. The staff was hospitable, helpful and provided excellent services. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Overall, the property is acceptable but does not meet the 4-star standard advertised at the entrance. The staff were friendly and very supportive throughout my stay. Breakfast, although somewhat expensive at €18–19 per person, was well prepared and offered a good variety. However, the price seems excessive for children, who are unlikely to eat enough to justify the cost. My room faced the main road with six driving lanes, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the windows did not block the traffic noise effectively. For a short business stopover, this hotel may be suitable, but it is less ideal for medium-length stays such as a holiday.

Molto comodo monolocale grande rispetto alla media, noi eravamo in 4 e avevamo spazi più che sufficienti. Disponibilità di acquisti in struttura per cialde caffè. Pulizia ottima, eventuali cambi biancheria sempre disponibili con self service, entrate e uscite dalla struttura con codice quindi senza bisogno di chiave o tessera magnetica. Ragazze della reception molto carine e gentili.

La stanza era piccolina ma molto accogliente e pulita. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato spiegato tutto nei dettagli, il personale è stato molto disponibile. É possibile anche lasciare i bagagli in una stanza apposita anche dopo il check out nel caso lo si necessitasse. Vicino ci sono supermercati e fermate di tram/autobus principali per arrivare comodamente in centro.
