I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

The Hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but theres no free parking nearby. The hotel will charge $40 a day to park you.

Always enjoy staying here when visiting Providence

It is not in a safe area. They upgraded us to a “ better” room that faced the street and we were up until 4 am listening to criminals, loud cars, the police, and ambulances so we hardly slept. The shower handle fell off when we touched it. There was no iron or ironing board, although the hotel staff did bring one up when I asked. This was our second stay here as we needed to be close to the colleges in Providence, but we will definitely find somewhere else to stay next time we visit. The rooftop restaurant was decent, but the server was much too busy and it took too long to get drinks and food.

All the basics were covered but in a really nice way. The street noise was a bit too audible for a good rest but the staff here are great and the overall experience was pleasant. Good location.

There was no privacy when using the bathroom. You can see the other person showering from the bed. No privacy.

The property was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Gave us recommendations on where to go where to eat where to hang out the lobby bar was also very nice. The rooms were super Duper clean very nice. I had a room on the fifth floor, which had a nice view. Overall, I would say my stay was pretty good. Also, they charge for parking so we parked on the street which was way less overall I spent maybe seven dollars for parking the whole weekend versus $40 a night.

I had a really nice one-night stay here. It's adjacent to a river front park and I took a walk over the pedestrian bridge. Walkable to many places to eat. I would stay here again!

its so walkable, but we uber all the time. Providence on sundays open at 7am. its good that aloft provides free coffee at the lobby. it has a very welcoming atmosphere .

Loved our stay! Extremely convenient location, the waterfront is lovely to walk, esp at night. The bridge is lit up, lots of seating and we saw both yoga and dancing, and at night painter came out. Great vibe. Ariel at Front Desk 5 stars! Rooftop restaurant is lovely. L the seating facing the water was blocked by plants, and the music inside was a trifle loud for me. Their outside space was an unexpected find…serene, giant chess set, giant Jenga, umbrellas, lovely seating but also just a grassy section with lounge chairs…something for everyone. We were just passing through but were utterly charmed.

This was my first time staying at Aloft. The hotel room was very nice. Staff was amazing.

This hotel sacrifices basic comforts for (pretty cringey) style. Bathroom had no door (curtain instead) and only a partial wall separating the area from the rest of the room. The toilet had a pocket door, but be very comfortable sharing your friends' and family's bathroom habits before booking here. Room meant to accommodate 4 people had a total of 4 hangers on an open rod by the door. No place to hang hand or bath towels (we used the precious hangers.) Automatic night light in bathroom wall socket shines through the spaces in the partial wall directly onto the pillows of one of the beds. Toilet did not work consistently—we were told we were not “flushing it hard enough.” Could not wait to leave. But the room did have a throw pillow with the word “POW!” in comic-booky letters, if that's your thing…
