The staff is terrible. Especially the manager. They tried to double charge me. Ignored the receipts that I had showing paid, 2 months before I came. Then they ignored me even when I asked “are you going to honor the receipts I gave?” They didn’t give an answer. They ignored me for 2 hours and told me to deal with Expedia. Eventually I was able to get in touch with Expedia and they gave me more than what this horrid motel tried to charge, so I got a safer hotel and better area. It was a thee day stay and they called the police on me, for walking out of the building after 2 hours of being ignored and refused my room, despite receipt, then when I got to my car OUTSIDE of the lobby and parking areas, I screamed out of frustration before driving calmly away to make a new stay.. yes I was at my car and out of their building. They messed up and then called the cops on me. They then claimed they had CCT TV, but lmao it was only 30 minutes later it wasn’t given to anyone. In fact, the police validated my receipts and said the manager was out line. I have the footage now, and can confirm this is the worst place to stay and they will gaslight you, double charge, don’t clean. It’s full of residents, and should not be a stay for anyone needing a couple days.

God Awful!!!! I was allowed to take a peek at my room before finalizing my check in and wish I didnt. Safe ti say its obvious why they dont give refunds because the problem started before I even made it into the room. From right outside my door I was welcomed by not one, but 2 crack pipes that were both dirt and looked used. But had obviously been left there for some time. I checked out my room and not only found dead bugs on the bed, as well as the pillows, put under the covers and on the floors in the corners, as well as the hallway. Ventured into the bathroom only to find that the toilet was stained completely black, and the shower was covered in what looked like rat poop, as well as something I could only call flea dirt. When explaining this to the staff, I was told that there were no refunds. Despite the state of the room, nor was I offered any accommodations or the chance for housekeeping to visit once more. Needless to say, don't spend your money here and you're better off sleeping in your car or under the highway, and you'd have better conditions than I was met within this hotel room.

The staff was very friendly and helped as much as they could. The property is very dirty and dingy, not on the best side of town. I looked at 5 different rooms they all smelled and were dirty. One room I saw a cockroach, and was terrified to bring bed bugs home.

My room had tiny roaches and construction was being done nearby so i couldn't get to my room until the next day

Decent hotel for the price but could use some real upgrades. A king bed with two pillows from the 60’s can be better.

The concierge was amazing. He answered all my questions and was quite informed and friendly. The room, however, was unclean. It has a dead cockroach smeared against the wall, and the blankets smell like urine. Our neighbors were loud coming in from a long night of partying at 5:00 a.m.

I wouldn't stay there

8 went to check in, went to finish my business, came back and couldn't find a way to drive back to hotel, the road was closed and couldn't drive to hotel. Have to stay at a friend's house.

The Indian own family. Front desk Indian guys have no respect they stair at females like creeps and perverts.

Sarah the receptionist was extremely helpful and sensible. It's a manageable hotel at acm manageable price.

I paid for a room and I have used the paper ID at this location before and they refuse to do it and then refused to refund my money that they took which is stealing

How nice the front desk was, very professional and also how fast front desk (Rachel) got us our ro with out any problem at app
