貴重品を落として、途方に暮れていたチェックアウト後、取得の連絡があり感謝の念にとらわれました。チェックインの手続きも、チェックアウトもスムーズで部屋も掃除が行き届いていて素晴らしかったです。

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel is very clean and people are very nice! Hotel has a pool and sauna, and those are not that big but still nice to have an option that we could use them! We liked breakfast and bar at hotel too. (Wine was super good!) If you come to Reims by TGV (or bus), you can walk to hotel. The hotel is not located in the center so you should use public transportation or car/taxi to go to central, but tram comes almost on time during our stay so it was not problem at all. :)

Havde booket en junior suite hvilket skulle jo være lækkert og lidt luksus. Fandt badeværelset, klodset og stort og med en bruser som gjorde alt vådt. Mærkelig indretning af værelset, så man ikke fik noget ud af størrelsen på rummet

Very modern, quite new but far outside the town centre in an industrial area. Plenty of free parking space outside, no garage. Nice personnel. We had included breakfast and there was everything we needed. We could even press our own fresh orange juice. Outside pool and free access to sauna and pool area.

We only stayed for one night. Hotel staff were great. Hotel is very stylish. We eat across the road in the evening. Breakfast catered for gluten free and lots of options.

Standardzimmer gebucht - war in Ordnung. Ruhige Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit, Parkplatz direkt am Hotel / Preis-Leistung voll in Ordnung! Leider ist der Pool morgens erst ab 8.00 zugänglich - so ist das schwimmen leider ausgefallen

Très bon séjour. Un personnel aux petits soins.

Excellent parking Reception welcoming Very nice bar for a glass of champagne No restaurant for evening meal, luckily Very nice restaurant open within short walk on Saturday evening we stayed there. Very nice bedroom we had the standard room, robes, slippers, separate loo to shower room, nice shower/hair products

Perfektes Hotel für ein WE in der Champagne

Great location perfect for getting around champagne and getting into Reims quickly with a car. Pool, gym and sauna were all pluses. Also bakery and restaurants across the parking making it easy for mornings. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend.

Paid in advance for the room but when we arrived staff announced there was a e100 deposit for the room. They refused to give a room key until this was paid, they then refused to release the monies until the room had been cleaned. If the hotel needs to do this to their guests I shudder to think what type of guest they are getting there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beaucoup trop de chaleur dans la chambre Les oreillers sont énormes. Cela serait intéressant de mettre aussi à disposition des oreillers de dimension plus petites
