ホテルに到着した時に、申し訳ないが窓の無い部屋であることをメールで通知したがそれで良いかといわれました。メールを見ていなかったのでエッと思いましたが、いくつかの口コミで通りの音が煩いというのがありましたので、静かでいいのではと納得しました。実際隣の音も含めて全く気になりませんでした。換気は完全に行われているとのホテルの說明もその通りでした。部屋は大変清潔で、最初は少し狭いかなと感じたのですが、配置が適切で収納スペースが多いので最後は広く感じました。ベッドの広さや寝心地は上級です。照明も多彩です。特筆すべきはバスルームで大変広く、また長くて深い浴槽が備えてあってゆったり浸かれます。シャワーも2種類付いています。テレビではもっぱらYouTubeを見ていましたが、自宅感覚で良かったです。イェレヴァンの情報収集も出来ました。勿論快適なWiFiも有ります。ブレックファストは有りませんが、ロビーで24時間スタッフがチョコレート付きの美味しいコーヒーを入れてくれます。外で飲むと600から1200ドラムはするので助かりました。朝は斜め向かいのカフェが8時10分ぐらいから開いていますから利用しました。ホテルのロケーションは向いがパリホテル、隣がナショナルホテルで、共和国広場もすぐ近くで抜群です。広場では毎晩光と水のショーが行われています。ホテルのあるエリアは多分イェレヴァンで今一番人気のある場所で、美味しそうなレストランやバーが競うように遅くまで営業していて若者や旅行者が集まっています。ホテルは10階のワンフロアで鍵がないとエレベーターが開かないのでセキュリティも万全です。フロントは時間によって若いスタッフが入れ替わりますが皆さんフレンドリーで親切でストレスは全く有りませんでした。着いたその日にゲストへのプレゼントだと部屋にブランデーを持って来てくれました。ホテルが地元の人と開発中だそうです。美味しかったので、お土産に買って帰りたいと持ちかけると、まだ商品化されていないのでただでいいですよと言って、密閉した瓶に詰めたブランデーを準備してくれました。私にはどんなブランドブランデーよりも思い出に残る物になりました。こんな素敵なホテルが街の中心部にあるなんて、絶対にお勧めです。

Är nöjd med nästan allt! Rummen var fräscha, läget var bra, personalen var trevlig och städningen var bra. Det enda som var mindre bra var att det var väldigt lyhört.

Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia.

The staff was beyond amazing, the rooms were extremely clean. Can’t wait to go back and stay in the same hotel.

Fint værelse og perfekt beliggenhed. Der er ikke meget ‘hotel-miljø’, hvis man ønsker det. Søde og hjælpsomme personale.

The entrance was hard to find. The restaurant names were not written in English even though they sent me an email in advance, so it was even more difficult to find. It would be better if they wrote the hotel name on the entrance door at least.

The Downtown Suites is a modern, clean, and convenient hotel in the heart of Yerevan. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine (we brought our own detergent sheets). Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly, no dish soap to wash dishes by hand or in the included dishwasher, but they gave us one pod upon asking. There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!

Amazing place, quiet, clean and service from the staff absolutely in top. If you do not know it, you will not know there is a hotel inside the building, but it is highly recommended. Direct in center, close to everything. Excellent parking in the basement, although you have to pay. Highly recommeded.

It is really 4 star hotel

The stay has been amazing.The staff are really friendly and guide you through any clarifications required.They are in the strategic center and everything is accessible in walking dist. Furthermore the rooms are amazing with huge washrooms, properly maintained and cleaned everyday. Special thanks to Karen and David who helped us with the late check out ..Love it overall..Nothing negative to mention. Will definitely stay here when we are in Yerevan again :)
