Buena atencion

The property was nice, had plenty of amenities and the staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel, rooms were very clean and spacious.

Hotel itself was nice but it is isolated and you can't walk to the city center or anything of interest. There is a shuttle until about 5:00-5:30 but I wouldn't have stayed if I had realized it.

Me gusto mucho, es muy bonito y limpio, las instalaciones son muy nuevas, lo unico esque esta lejos de la ciudad si no tienes transporte, por lo demás lo recomindo

No hay tanto lugar para estacionamiento y las paredes de los cuartos de alado se escuchan fuera de eso el hotel esta excelente

Hay poco personal, aunque son amables no es suficiente. La alberca está helada igual que el jacuzzi. Los precios de los alimentos y bebidas son muy altos. Las ventanas no abren y los elevadores no funcionan muy bien. El hotel y jardín son muy lindos ojalá se conserven.

Se escucha mucho entre cuartos, una plática puede escucharse sin problema

Excelente propiedad cerca del centro comercial y sales de fiestas, lo único malo es que se escuchan los ruidos de la habitación continua

I love love the contemporary design of the hotel! The pool and patio area were stunning to sit and enjoy the evening. The staff was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. I love that the key card for your room only allowed you to go on your floor. A great safe place for a wanderer like myself. Easy to get a cab. Price was great! Breakfast was so good!

I did not like that in the hotel they made the charge again, even we paid before. But the place was very nice, the service was very good too. Very clean place. Very comfortable.

Horrible room next to large air conditioning unit. No sleep entire night. When asked to move - was offered room below the air conditioner. After a heated discussion, was moved. All public spaces are outside. Dining is in the courtyard - it was cold. Very odd hotel.

Todo excelente, hotel está padrisismo. sólo la alberca y el jacuzzi fríos. Supuestamente pusieron a calentar el jacuzzi y nunca calentó La alberca dicen que siempre está a temperatura ambiente ..
