Hotellet ligger i ett ganska tråkigt område med Mc Donalds, Burger King etc. Det tar dock bara ca 25 minuter att promenera till centrum. Rummet var dock tyst och rent och sängen skön! God frukost! Trevlig personal. Buss nr 2 går in till city på 10 min. Prisvärt boende!

Style over substance. Loud childlike decor and awful 'steampunk' vibe really does not work. Put as much effort into a better breakfast, proper cereal bowls not cups, more milk so we don't have to ask every few minutes. Fresh pastries rather than dry ones from the day before. Fresh fruit rather than tired tinned. Worse was the sheer amount of noise generated by guests on the upper floor. Not their fault, none existent sound proofing. Budget in this case means awful.

Très bon séjour, l'hôtel était très sympa, la décoration originale, le personnel très gentil et le petit déjeuner très bon. Par contre je suis un peu déçue de la prestation d'Expedia, j'avais réservé à l'avance le petit déjeuner mais le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas reçu cette information. De plus, j'ai eu un supplément qu'ils ne m'avaient pas calculé, correspondant aux taxes de séjour de mes filles. Seule la mienne a été comptabilisée dans le calcul d'Expedia, j'ai dû payer 8 euros supplémentaires...

The bed was comfortable, but the room was quite noisy — we could hear every sound from the neighbouring rooms. The bathroom is old and would really need an update. It was fine for a short stay, but not ideal for a restful night.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was not mounted above my head but at waist length making washing my hair a true challenge. Why?

Should have requested a room on ground floor; no elevator.

This property was a little further from the main area than we are used to but not too bad. Room had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. There is no elevator so that was really tough with luggage. Parking was good on site.

Overall good value. Friendly staff, good breakfast. But keep in mind a couple issues: there is no elevator (and we stayed on the top floor), and the shower needed some upgrading.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The hotel itself is poorly situated for anyone hoping to spend time in Arles Centre. Taxi are inconvenient and expensive. Bus are reliable until 8pm. Restaurants are rare in the area. No car? Don’t stay here. The staff ordered a taxi for me that never arrived. I missed my train because of that.

Hotel muy normalito , cerca del Puerto , pero lejos de la estación de tren.

The front desk staff was exceptional - knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! The rooms were quite large, clean and despite the location beside a major route, we were not affected. It’s a 20 minute walk into Arles itself but with all the good food you’ll be eating, you should indeed be walking!
