入国の際の列が長くて、夜9時前ぐらいの到着になりましたが、その時点で「ゲートの鍵がなく、施設の使い方等も明朝に説明する」といわれましたが、聞きに行っても結局何もありませんでした。部屋にドライヤーがないことを言っても次の日にならないとどうにもならないと言われました。毎朝、早朝にノックで起こされました。部屋は広いですが、少しずつ何かが足りません（テーブルに椅子がなく、ソファーにはテーブルがない等）。有料ですが、いろいろ送迎を出してもらえるのは非常に良かったと思います。

外国人観光客も多く、従業員が皆優しく、対応がすばらしいです。　 ビーチに面していて、海の眺めは良いです。 近隣ホテルの修学旅行生ら、どこからともなくなり続ける音楽の音量がすごいので、夜の騒音が、すこし気になりました。 　

一人だけ良くないスタッフがいたものの、その他のスタッフは優しくフレンドリーで、部屋も広くてきれいでした。困ったことも頼むとすぐに対応してくれます。ビーチに面していてロケーションもいいと思います。6日滞在しましたが、毎日笑顔で挨拶してくれて、居心地が良くまた滞在したいと思えるホテルです。

客室でのWiFi無料ということでしたが、電波が弱く、利用するにはフロント近くまで行って繋げる必要がありました。スタッフは親切でした。設備も特に問題ありませんでした。

Lots of seating near the pool although only loungers in the sun. Staff very friendly. Right on the beach. Music from next door was really loud until about 1030-11 pm each night. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Short taxi ride to the airport

Honestly I gave you 1 star on cleanliness because my room was full, and i mean full of tiny cockroaches. This would have been a perfect stay if pest control had been done.

Parking was a problem but helpful staff

1. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! 2. Waking up to the beach view. 3. The fire performances while eating dinner is unique and exciting to watch.

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful, bathroom shower needs soap holder.

Privacy should be provided . Staffs should learn to knock on the door before entering. Things were stolen in my last trip !

I stayed in one of their apartments for only 1 night and love how exceptionally clean the room was. The housekeeping staff have done a great job. Ane was really helpful and welcoming in checking me in. The pool at the apartment was nice and clean. The

Staff is extremely friendly, specially Ana. Hotel is steps by the beach. Not much to do in the area just relax walking on the beach. There is a small store to buy water or snacks. The rooms are not soundproofed, I could hear next door neighbors conversations and snores.

Pool are was great for cooling off, swimming in the sea late in the day when the tide came in was grwat too.

Very much a hostel vibe. My husband and I actually booked another place and moved. We just wanted a comfy affordable last few nights before flying home and this was not it. There are no pool loungers and it just felt overall uncomfy and inconvenient. Super noisy area and not sound proof at all. Music was always blasting loud and you can hear it clearly from all the rooms. More for young single backpackers, not couples or families. Staff was wonderful as always in Fiji.
