部屋が広くて良かったです。 洗濯機の使い方が分からなくて困りました。

LiverpoolONEの中にあり、なんでも揃う場所にあります。金曜夜と土曜の夜はほかの平日に比べると賑やかでした。 LiverpoolLimeStreet駅から歩いて10分くらいです。アパートメントの近くに大きなバスターミナルもあり、移動にも困りませんでした。 リヴァプールのホームゲーム時はバスが大変混雑しますので要注意です。 部屋は快適で、ホテルというより家です。 お湯がボイラーを使っているので出し続けると出なくなることも要注意です。。 また利用したいと思います。

Easy to find, great central location for weekend in Liverpool

Room 401 Very nice apparent lovely comfortable bed and pillows had a great nights sleep . A plug in the hall way near mirror is needed as no where appropriate to dry hair etc. may be a Hook on back of bathroom door . Spotlessly clean apartment. .

Great location, lovely staff, large room but noise from the street below the room & a very uncomfortable sofa.

Such an amazing place! The location is ideal for exploring the dockland area, the museums and the city centre. Lots of eating options locally, but it was also great to be able to relax at the end of the day and have a meal in our "home" with all modcons. Really quiet rooms and lovely views of the Mersey and the Liver Building from the upper floors. Staff very welcoming and helpful. I'd give Cove ten stars if I could!

Good location

Booked to stay for my daughters birthday , a family of 4 and the 2 bedroomed apart was fantastic. The facilities in the accommodation were great. It was a fab location. Very central to see everything we wanted to. Easy and smooth check in and parking. The staff were fabulous. We were on the 9th and thr view couldn't of been better

I was skeptical about booking this place for me and my friend because the price was fantastic and felt too good to be true but I was massively mistaken. The room was clean and spotless with a large living room and kitchen area, separated bedroom with a lovely bathroom. It was really nice for a change to stay in an apartment style hotel rather than the standard bed and bathroom and I would highly recommend this place to everyone if you’re looking to stay in Liverpool. The staff were amazing and super helpful, very easy to chat to and get along with and made me feel super comfortable about my stay.

We had an excellent stay. We had a 1 bed apartment and found it to be clean, well laid out, excellent facilities and excellent location. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue where we thought our oven wasn’t working. It turns out there are 4 switches - ours were behind the microwave so easy to miss, but the oven just needed switching on. The staff were very helpful and also said there was maintenance on site if needed. We didn’t use the car park as we parked in the Q Park opposite as we know Liverpool One well but it seemed to be easy using the buildings car park. The apartment was in the middle of Liverpool One so we were worried about noise but we found the apartment so quiet. We didn’t hear the usual door slamming you get in hotels. In fact we didn’t hear from any other apartment at all. The bed was comfy and we had a very good night’s sleep. The apartment was also very well equipped with 3 of everything. All in all a very enjoyable experience and being fairly local we will definitely be back and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family.

I liked the location, reception staff, cleanliness and property itself including views from the windows. Minor repairs to plumbing would probably have been sorted out during a longer stay and I’d have liked to be able to open a window in one of the bedrooms. Bring some extra cutlery and crockery if you want to cook a meal.

Great location in the centre of Liverpool. Well equipped apartment with modest but more than adequate kitchen utensils and dishes. In suite washer/dryer was invaluable. Staff were friendly, helpful and allowed me to check in a bit early which is always appreciated. I would definitely stay again if I find myself in Liverpool in the future.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and we had the two bed and two bath suite which was great for us! Walking from the train station was a bit of an issue because Apple Maps can’t really figure out the location, as we walked around a bit trying to figure it out. Once we figured out where it was. It was only 8 min walk from the station though!

Die Lage ist ideal, von hier aus ist alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar! Der Nachteil ist, es ist einfach immer - auch nachts - laut! Schlafen bei offenem Fenster -> keine Chance! Das Apartment ist in Ordnung, alles da, was man braucht.. aber insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos eingerichtet, hier hätte man deutlich mehr rausholen können. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, allerdings trotz nachfragen nur 2 Handtücher bekommen.. das war schade, sonst war der Kontakt nett und alles hat geklappt.

Second time at The Cove, once again a fantastic stay Spotlessly clean, great location, lovely staff, was a little confusion on arrival over parking charges but this was soon remedied. Love the place, will ne back!
