The hotel was absolutely amazing! The gold experience was out of this world. Amazing. Beautiful. The floor near the bathroom was chipping up and was a little bit of an issue.

This hotel is within the Banff National Park on the Bow River. There are mountains everywhere you look and a beautiful nature trail that takes you right into downtown Banff which is along the river. The hotel experience was wonderful in all ways - beautiful room, delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks, (we did the Gold experience which I would highly recommend) heated pools, restaurants, and morning yoga classes. The staff were exceptional also. We can’t wait to return!

Room is clean but a little outdated. TV is hard to connect to Internet. One of the power outlets was a little broken (I need to push toward right side to use the power.) Bathroom is kind of small.

Gold Experience exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Clean modern room, helpful and professional staff. Attentive room service. Food. 5-star all around.

Fairmont Gold is on another level, excellent service, amenities and the food was amazing. I am spoiled now and will have a hard time going anywhere else now

Truly a memorable trip. Everything was excellent. Only small grip was that we could hear noise from our suite in the hallway.

Great Staff

Spotless, friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We were staying for three days of relaxation and spa and we left feeling very refreshed.

The bathroom was very small and disappointing for a Fairmont Gold room. It felt cramped and basic, not in line with the premium experience advertised. For the price, I expected a more spacious and well-designed bathroom.

Wow!!! What an amazing trip my husband and I had visiting Banff and staying in the Fairmont Gold in Banff Springs. The staff truly roll out the red carpet and made a very memorable experience. The food was great and the spa was lovely!

We had a fabulous experience at the Fairmont. It was bar none the best vacation for us. From the incredible mountain views, lovely room, breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres, friendly, service oriented staff, Banff will forever be a beautiful memory. We are recommending the Fairmont to all our friends & family. Canada holds a special place in our heart. We love Canada!!!

My partner and I stayed on the 5th Floor Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Floor View. This was the very best experience. Access to a Full Lounge with Breakfast and Dinner items and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Comfy rooms, wonderful beds! Very helpful, friendly and attentive Gold Floor Staff. We had lunch, dinner and afternoon tea at the Hotel’s dining rooms. Excellent Food, Service and Ambience. Wonderful! The Hotel is clean and tidy, and while a huge Hotel there’s lots of signs for direction. We enjoyed a couples’ massage as well as several swims in a well maintained pool. Overall, an excellent, 5 Star Hotel!

Definitely the view of the majestic Rockies when you wake up in the morning.Nothing beats that.

The property and staff are fantastic. Our one BIG issue was the strong rose-scented fragrance that is piped into the hallways and possibly our room too. The fragrance is very strong and overwhelming. My wife had a headache after about an hour in the room. We had to ask for an air filter unit and to keep the room window open soe several hours to make it tollerable. Bathroom products have the same scent.

Our stay at the Fairmont was truly amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was beautiful and the views were breathtaking
