チェックインが大変遅くなりましたが、スタッフの対応がよくとてもいい旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました。

部屋が掃除されておらず、汚い。注意しても改善されない。 バスルームと洗面所の排水がが出来ずに使用中に水浸しになった。クレームをつけるとフロントの女性は「部屋を変える。ディスカウントする」と言ったが、その後supervisorと話をしたところ、「時々あることだ」と開き直り、「修理するから待て」と言った。濡れたままの妻は「待てない」と非常に憤慨した。結局、部屋を変えたが、宿泊費が高い部屋なのにディスカウントも無し。アムステルダムの第一日から、旅行が台無しになった。

This property had spacious rooms and is centrally located When the staff were on the desk - early afternoon - they were helpful The main issues arose from the digital pass keys and limited staff presence If your phone runs out of battery while you are out at dinner there is no way to get into the property or contact them - you are just locked out If you lose your phone you are locked out I worried about this The other thing I had not really thought about was the feeling of being in a hotel at night with no visible staff and no one on the front desk I felt like I was alone in the whole building I am a guy and about 190cm tall yet I felt pretty scared in this place - coming in from dinner at 9pm its had a slight "Horror Escape Room" feel, perhaps increased by the period decor. This was my first encounter with digital phone pass key system and I won't be looking to repeat it Supply of hot water for the shower was also intermittent

Die Zimmern und das Hotel waren sehr alt. Seit mindestens 20-30 nicht renoviert so der Anschein. Alles am klappern. Umgebung war echt eine 10/10. das Hotel an sich sehr sehr alt.

It was nice to have a lot of space in the room, a little odd climbing the spiral staircase to get to the main space however. Lots of cobwebs from the ceiling but otherwise clean.

Velvet Lodge was a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from the central station which is convenient if you are traveling with family and have a lot of luggage like we did. The property was neat and clean, and staff are supportive. Only caveat was walking up and down the stairs for 3 floors with the bags.

Spacious room. I stayed on the top floor so no easily accessible window, I had a skylight. There is no elevator to the top floor so you have to go to 2 and then carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs.

Een ontbijt als Michelinsterwaardig aanprijzen en dan aan de bar een omelet delen die nogal bot geserveerd werd en dan 17.50 pp betalen is ronduit belachelijk

The owner,Oscar and Valerian,his assistant were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Valerian helped me with some computer issues! Many thanks both of you for such an awesome stay!

Close to station and local attractions. Quiet, nice room. Room was not serviced during our stay, and manager was unaware of that when we informed him.

I don’t know how this property got a 9 by Expedia. Very misleading. It’s no more than a 6. Rundown dingy property. Is an old building which could have been charming if even a little bit of effort was made to decorate it or have cleaner carpets and any at all lighting. The elevator was the service elevator only to the second floor. The staff made no effort to help me with my luggage to the third floor. The bathroom in room 308 smelled awful. Yes Hague is a big city and I suppose you get what you pay for , but I still feel I payed too much.

Naast de vriendelijke ontvangst, was de kamer en aangelegen badkamer prima in orde. De volgende ochtend was ook het ontbijt keurig verzorgd en had het personeel ook nog mijn glutenvrije ontbijt klaar. Helemaal super dus!

Good location, very close to the train station which was nice. Staff were very nice and accommodating, especially as it was my first time in the Netherlands. Was a lovely room with a great bathroom

Fijne locatie, leuke sfeer

Mijn zus en ik hadden een nette kamer op de 3e verdieping. Kamer en badkamer was schoon en netjes bij aankomst. En niet te vergeten de vriendelijke eigenaar die ons nog tips gaf waar te dineren en te ontbijten. Hotel is op loopafstand van centrum en bezienswaardigheden en als je met het OV komt, het is nog geen 10 minuten lopen. Helemaal geen spijt dat ik hier geboekt hebt!!👍
