スタッフがとても親切、親身です。 前回、「せっけんがない」と書いたのは、私の誤解でした。 夜に買ってきたワインが開かなくて、頼んだら、開けた上に、素敵なグラスを持ってきてくれました。この親切さは、貴重です。

Good but if you have mobility issues, the stairs can be tricky. The shower was kind of nuts. Very friendly staff though, and really convenient location, lots of charm and character to the place. (I was really looking forward to a nice shower the day I checked it, so I was disappointed, but overall the stay was cozy and nice.)

Property is due for renovation.Location is near the Etna street and staff is very helpful.

Will stay here every time I come to Catania. Incredible service, friendly staff, and quite the hotel room especially for the price. They welcome you like family, and it was perfect. I loved every moment of our stay here.

The gentleman checking me in was extremely nice and did his best to help. But parking was a major issue as always in the city though the listing stated parking. The garage I paid for was only a 8 minute walk but with luggage was difficult. The lot across the street from the hotel was open to public first come first serve.

What a rare gem this hotel was. It's like stepping back into time (and space). So many beautiful details everywhere. Location to die for as well. The owner/host was such a lovely gentleman too. 11/10. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Catania.

Quite a nice room but needs renovation. Location is good but noise all dag and night.

I would not hesitate to stay again

La amabilidad del dueño es lo más destacable. Es un lugar viejo pero que mantienen limpio y cumple su cometido. Está súper bien situado, ya cuentan con un especie de elevador para la maleta, solo hay que cargarla el primer piso. No será de lujo, pero no necesitas más .

El personal maravilloso, excelente, atento, hemos estado muy a gusto y cómodos, y el hotel está muy bien. El problema del alrededor y de la ciudad de Catania es la basura.

Wonderful stay in Catania on the way to Modica, not anticipated but a little difficult for mobility restricted traveler due to many steps instead of an elevator. The hospitality was delightful! Grazie Mille

Leider war das Hotel angeblich überbucht oder es gab einen Wasserschaden. Man weiß es nicht. Die alternative Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben uns eine neue Unterkunft eigenständig gesucht und die Erstattung direkt in bar erhalten.
