We had a great time!

Dirty, filthy disgusting shower! Even after I asked them to clean it, came back at midnight and was still dirty, not cleaned. I acceptable! Reached out to them, no response!

We decided to take a quick weekend away with our large family to Dollywood. It’s always so hard to find a place that can accommodate my family. The Lodge was incredible. We didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel. It felt more like we were staying in an upscale loft. We will definitely be back. Honestly, we could have skipped Splash Country and just enjoyed the amenities the hotel had to offer.

The room was clean and spacious. Our children enjoyed having their own space to rest and play. We also enjoyed the location. It was close enough to everything and at the same time it was far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. The in room amenities were nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. We are looking foward to booking again in the future.

The staff are amazing and the property is well kept, has great activities for kids and is handicap accessible. I alway return. Never tire of location or the lodge! Alway a win!!

Everything was great. The only change I would like to see is if they continue to allow dogs please limit them to one floor. I personally don’t like to stay where a dog has been and we had on on the second floor bark a good bit. We didn’t complain because I know people love their dogs but again this would be better for everyone if they would limit the dogs to one floor only.

Loved this place. My only issue was having to have my key card for the elevator and doors. A wrist bracelt been way better. But that's my only issue. I highly recommend this place !!

The lodge and grounds are excellent. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The lodge is lovely, very clean, and well designed. The rooms are extremely spacious and really nice!! The food was fantastic as well! I had really tasty bbq nachos!! And all of the staff was very friendly and professional! Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out!! Whether staying in the lodge or bringing an RV, we highly recommend this for vacation lodging.

⸻ 4 out of 5 stars I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a short stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, though it got a bit crowded during peak hours. My only small complaint was that the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some hallway noise at night. Other than that, everything met or exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for quality accommodation at a reasonable price.

It was amazing and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. The whole property itself was beautiful and well kept.

The property and staff were excellent overall! Issues: Our room's sink had a drainage issue - backing up and taking a very long time to empty. At 2:45 a.m. we were woken up by what we thought at first was an alarm clock going off in an adjacent room. It wasn't, instead it was a high-pitched noise coming from the air conditioning ventilation system.

Big, beautiful rooms.

Service was amazing, there were plenty of amenities on site, no one area was ever crowded. We had a great time!

Great place had everything you needed without ever having to leave the property. Super nice people great food and nice amenities. Camp store staff needed some training on the service wasn’t very helpful when asked about the laundry services.

This was our first stay at this location. Very family friendly! Loved the set up of the whole facility! Very close to SO much fun! Arcade room, pool (great slide), fire pit (with s’mores), and lazy river were huge hits for the kids. Things that would have gotten the last star: the trash can in the room was super small (an odd point until you have a family of five trying to keep the room tidy), perhaps improving the quality of the paper products in the room, overall cleaning of the room (especially the shower), and receptiveness of the staff (some were wonderful, including the night guard at the lazy river). Also, we didn’t bring out pup with us, but this location is SUPER dog friendly! Thank you for the fun stay!

Not enough seating around the pool area at all. For the money people pay to stay at this beautiful location, then there is absolutely no room in the pool area really upset us as we were specifically visitingfor my 5 year old sons birthday. Saturday we had a horrible day because we couldn't even find a place to stand in the main pool area. The lazy river should have a hot tub since the only hot tub was full of kids.
