This hotel was so beautiful! It is definitely a small boutique hotel but you feel like you are the only one here. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. Some of them only speak Spanish just a heads up if you are not fluent in the language. I had an amazing time here.

Mal porque no he recibido mi factura y necesito comprobar gastos. Más de 4 días para una factura es inaceptable.

It feels like a safe area to sleep. We could hear some music but not that loud. The restaurant downstairs is very beautiful. The hotel was full of art, cool to see. The room was clean, but they didn't clean the room in the 3 days that we stayed... not even to add toilet paper!

Complicado el check in porque refieren que tienen tantas plataformas en convenio que no la encuentran a pesar de dar el número, querían el costo pagado para así identificarla, eso es mala organización administrativa

I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons. Stayed for 2 nights last Saturday-Monday. It is SO LOUD from the nearby street Chapultec ave until at least 3:30 am-- music blasting. It does not feel like there is any privacy. You can hear everything going on inside the hotel and from neighboring rooms from your room. The restaurant connected to the hotel is shut down. The hotel feels like a ghost town inside. It is dark and not welcoming.
