Spotless for sure.

Room was we appointed with a very comfortable bed. Staff was outstanding. While there in late January the road was under repair and closed for 2 blocks. Get rid of a car you won't need it as this apt is super close to everything. They have free use of one laundry machine and one dryer from 3-8pm. Nespresso coffee in the room. We had been traveling for 6weeks when we arrived and we were impressed (unit 303 facing rear of building).

Fantastic location, welcoming staff, very clean and well presented communal areas.

We had a perfectly appointed little kitchen/island, with oranges and a juicer, coffemaker, teapot, toaster/microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The bed was comfortable, plenty of storage, and we had great views of Sevilla rooftops. The location was perfect- stepas away from lots of restaurants and the main shopping streets in the old town, yet close enough to catch a taxi nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic hotel in a great location, with lovely staff. The rooftop pool was very cold, but it was December so that is ok!

Staff are kind. Good location. Clean. Only reason for 4 stars is for lack of decent pillows and black out curtains are light filtering so room does not stay dark. If you're a finicky sleeper may not be the best.

É um apart hotel, muito limpo e bem conservado. O quarto é separado da sala e da cozinha. O banheiro é amplo. A cozinha tem utensílios, lava louça, microondas e geladeira. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

Cozinha equipada e estrutura do quarto super moderna. Atendentes extremamente prestativos e educados. Única sugestão: janela anti-ruído (obra em frente ao hotel).

We stayed initially for 1 night but extended for another 3 nights. Fantastic location, central and easy access everywhere. New & contemporary. Friendly staff. Highly recommend & would stay again.
