Lovely spot

Property is just as pictured. Located just across the street from a boat yard and walkable to nearby restaurants at SGU. The average rating is due to 3 reasons, the roof leaking over the bed, the air conditioning not working in the master bedroom and no iron or ironing board in the apartment. Communicated the leak to the owner and was told to move to bed where I wouldn’t get wet. Regarding the air conditioning, they said they could not get anyone out to repair due to the holiday weekend. Overall, not a terrible stay, just not the best considering the above mentioned. Hopefully ownership repairs the roof before other guests check in, as they asked us to check out at 10am to accommodate a check in that same day.

I love the staff here. Everyone is extremely helpful. They provide precise directions to any part of the island. The property is always clean.

Great staff and great value for money.

Easy to communicate with the staff before arrival, and I felt safe with someone always sitting at the front gate office. I appreciated the drinking water in the room as well.

We had a great stay at Cool running’s apt. The owner and staff are amazing! Extremely nice and we felt very safe. We were able to use the laundry free of charge. Hot water for showers. We were able to extend our stay with short notice. It is very close, 5 minute walk, to spice Island Marina where we were working on our boat. Good AC.

Someone was around 24hr if you need assistance.Help full staff .Location quiet buses stop close by..Laundry on site for guess..

Cool Runnings is an excellent place to stay, very close to everything

Good size rooms with full kitchen amenities including microwave. Plenty of parking. Supermarket 3 minute drive away.

The apartment was quite cozy and comfortable. The only issues we had were that the Air Condition Unit malfunctioned at midnight on one of the nights thus we did not have much sleep that night, the cooking gas cylinder finished while cooking lunch on one of the days and the bathroom water run off was very slow so after one person had their shower, we had to wait at least 20 - 25 minutes for the run off to clear before the other person could shower. The issues with the A/C and Cooking Gas were rectified to our satisfaction but it did create some inconvenience. Would any consideration be given for that?

24 hour security

The property has a guard at the entrance, parking for vehicles in side the fenced area, room was spacious and had all amenities. If coming from the US be sure to bring adapter for wall outlets. A good place to stay with restaraunts about 1 mile away.

Nice, Relaxed Location, Warm and Attentive Staff.

This location is close to everything, safe, quiet, good parking, staff is welcoming and efficient. Owners respond immediately and I thank everyone.

We really appreciated having access to the laundry facilities when housekeeping was done for the day.
