WARNING STAY AWAY! Hotel WAY Over Charges for things that are stated such as laundry, I asked and they added my charges up but they charged me in dollars and made the amount four times as much. I did two bags of laundry and then they saw it was times but refused to refund me the $153 overcharge. Then I started looking and realized they had done other charges that did not beling to me. STAY AWAY

We tipped the staff but they have insanse charges even though we pay top dollar for what is supposed to be a premium hotel.

Hotel overcharges you for items, I sent off a small bag of laundry they charged me 201 dollars and kept telling me they would refund and even at checkout they said they would make it right. They did not.

We were very good guests to the property and tipped big to make the staff happy. They will charge you massive overcharges then play games apologizing each day saying they will take care of it. Indian owners act nice but don't respkndn Stay awasy.

You have to leave the hotel, walk down through the parking garage, into the next block of flats, take the lift down 3 floors, walk trough some corridors and then you can find the pool. There is a lot of noice from traffic. The restaurant is also filled with music, television and sounds that make conversation difficult. For me, it was not worth it.

It was clean, conveniently located in the city center. Staff were responsive and helpful. I would stay there again.

Amazing accommodation with very friendly staff

I have stayed for just a few hours however I have to admit I am positively surprised as I got afraid because of some reviews after I had booked but I found it perfect and would definitely recommend . The value for money is among the best I have experienced in DAR Es Salam so far

The check-in process was 24 hours as I arrived late at night. The concierge was friendly and the suite rooms are very clean, good water pressure, and modern. The A/C also worked wonderful. Would recommend to anyone.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Restaurant at the rooftop was great for views and drinks. Food was just ok. Breakfast buffet was exceptional on the other end. Only tiny complain is the soap pumps in the bathrooms were rusty and not working. Housekeeping obviously knows and ignore! Please replace immediately! Staff super friendly! I would go back! Yes, I would recommend this place!

The manager is great, making sure all is to your satisfaction. Food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Suites are huge with modern kitchen and lovely bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again if ever in Dar in the future!

This was a great location with a nice apartment style room. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and with local information around the location. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner, the rooftop view of Dar Es Salaam was a great way to spend our first night there.

Fantastic - huge space, bright and pleasant. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant. Great value for the price.
