スタッフがフレンドリーで良かった。部屋は窓から光が入りにくい向きで、もう少し明るさが欲しかったです。

The hotel shares the parking with the fox theater and the people that stay at the hotel have nowhere to park which is unacceptable, the room ac/heating unit would not warm the room up it stayed 70 degrees and it is already 30 degrees outside, there is not a microwave in the room, the amenities were underwelling, there were no luggage carrier available, the staff was not helpful, having to pay for parking is crazy as well, the only people that were great was Ashley, the manager that answered my question about the parking, and the cleaning staff and this guy that helped me put my luggage in my car

Clean rooms, friendly staff at check-in. The bar/dining experience was very hectic, not well executed or staffed and the wait time for service was extremely long.

They had no dinner menu since a show was at the fox, it was drinks only

As usual the room was perfect for my needs. But as I look at future dates it seems that Cortyard is either no longer working with Hotels.com or they are planning much more luxurious amenities since the one night stay is over $700 . June. Won’t be staying here anymore if these prices are sccurate.

Our rooms wasn’t ready for several hours.

Hotel was good but there was no body wash in the bathroom since the day I arrived. I was there for 5 nights and the room was cleaned up during mornings but it was never refilled.
