I arrived late at night so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable. The location is also a big plus—it’s very close to the station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. However, one downside was that the air in the room felt quite dry, and the low humidity wasn’t very good for my skin. A humidifier would have made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great hotel with friendly service and a convenient location, but if you’re sensitive to dry air, you might want to prepare accordingly.

Amazing location, really friendly staff and everything was very clean. The negatives are: the bed is rock hard and the aircon doesn’t go below 23 degrees as it is centrally controlled.

The room was overall was big and kept nice and renovated but my shower was completely clogged I couldn’t take a 2 min shower without it overflowing. Also I found a hair in my shower. I checked in at night and was leaving the next morning so there was nothing to be done at that point. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. I had to cushion it with two towels and an extra blanket to make it comfortable to sleep on. The staff was very nice and the location is close to the port which was convenient.

For a stay before an early morning ferry we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Great location and great service.

No issue with check in etc. room was split level. Sofa and camp Bed on ground floor level. The ‘main’ single bed was at the top of a stairs. No hand rail - basically a death trap. slept on the uncomfortable camp bed down stairs. The shower was powerful. But as it was a walk in shower with no shower tray, the water leaked out under the door and flooded the bedroom. There was AC in the room, but it was controlled by reception. Not an overly pleasant stay. Glad I was only there for 7 hours!

Very warm welcome from Isabella nothing was too much trouble. Room cool and spacious large walk in shower and great products. Nice touches like toothbrush and toothpaste plus shaving kit. The buffet breakfast was great value €13 each.

Very friendly staff (gave us cafe recommendations!) and great room. Within easy walking distance to pier and lots of restaurants.

Good place to stay when catching an early ferry

The location was great and the staff interactions went well; I found it strange that you couldn't control the temperature on your individual room had to make a front desk request and the bed wasn't the most comfortable after a long flight however I enjoyed my stay

Thought I was booking one room for three guests, but got two, which was fine and worked out in our favor. The front desk lady was very helpful in providing us a map and instructions on how to use the metro and recommending destinations for us to go to. Only issue we had was with the air conditioning. In one of the two rooms the air conditioning was fine and was able to be adjusted but the other room could not, despite two calls to the front desk.

I have stayed here many times and always choose it as my place to stay. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, the rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable. The location is great for what I need with easy access to ferries, marinas and train station. Many local restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a laundry on the corner. Superb.
