英語やスペイン語が話せなくても フロントの女性やホテル内のレストラン他の従業員さんはとても親切に対応してくれました。 お部屋はコンパクトで1人で充分な広さでした。 大きめのスーツケースを開いて置いとくスペース無いくらいだけど必要な時はベッドで広げればOKだと思います。 屋上のプールエリアはコンパクトな作りではあるけど景色も良いいです◉ フロントロビーのデザインや色味も◎ ホテル全体的に見ても今どきのお洒落でカジュアルな内装で掃除も行き届いておりとても快適に過ごせました。 ホテル外の直ぐ横には売店もあったり少し歩けば飲食店も沢山あります。 メトロも直ぐ側にあったり 観光スポット迄も徒歩圏内で行けるのでとてもアクセスが良かったです。

Great hotel, great location with friendly, helpful staff. The room was compact but comfortable and clean and lots of choice for breakfast. It’s ideally located for exploring Madrid as well as for shopping. Would recommend and will stay again.

Room was clean and the service was wonderful. Didn’t love the glass shower doors as I prefer more privacy. Otherwise, we had great stay.

Sin duda volvería a hospedarme

Hotel hat leider in einem Jahr bereits gelitten. Zimmer war kalt weil der folder der Klimaanlage nicht gewechselt wurde und somit nicht mehr funktionierte. Personal im Restaurant wirkt unmotiviert.

La ubicacion es genial pero los cuartos son demaciado pero demaciado pequenos en la ducha sale un mal llor q es horrible el balcon de tu cuarto es clmpartido con el cuarto de al lado que si se asoma puede ver todo dentro de tu cuarto yo no se los recomiendo
