英語やスペイン語が話せなくても フロントの女性やホテル内のレストラン他の従業員さんはとても親切に対応してくれました。 お部屋はコンパクトで1人で充分な広さでした。 大きめのスーツケースを開いて置いとくスペース無いくらいだけど必要な時はベッドで広げればOKだと思います。 屋上のプールエリアはコンパクトな作りではあるけど景色も良いいです◉ フロントロビーのデザインや色味も◎ ホテル全体的に見ても今どきのお洒落でカジュアルな内装で掃除も行き届いておりとても快適に過ごせました。 ホテル外の直ぐ横には売店もあったり少し歩けば飲食店も沢山あります。 メトロも直ぐ側にあったり 観光スポット迄も徒歩圏内で行けるのでとてもアクセスが良かったです。

A really nice hotel ! Pretty close to everything and super stylish

Great location and the rooftop pool was ideal for a summer break in the city. Breakfast and food offering was great (when options available/correct item arrives). Small room but perfectly functional. Very friendly and helpful staff. Given it's a small pool with limited rooftop space it did get busy, and seemed to have lots of people not staying in the hotel using the space, so time your pool visit.

Great location, staff are nice but as a VIP property they just provide wine no free late checkout and no updgrades. The pool has lovely view. First hotel in Spain but for me felt small same as pool. The room is great equiped.

Muy chiquita la habitación pero muy bonito todo y limpio

Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. On our whole trip through Spain this was the highlight, especially the rooftop pool and views. We also enjoyed taking in wine at the on-site bar and restaurant, and breakfast was well-appointed. Their outdoor patio was the perfect oasis in the city. EXTREMELY convenient to access from the metro, basically across the street. We took metro directly from the airport and arrived in about a half hour. It was also in a lovely neighborhood with a convenient grocery and pharmacy for anything you need. Walk to the Plaza del Sol in about 10 minutes and the Plaza Mayor in 20.

Great stay would highly recommend. Pool great although did get very busy at times and could do with more parasols.

Great location, Staff was helpful, Room was clean but small perfect for a solo traveler like myself.

Overall the hotel was great. Staff were friendly, great location, pool and rooftop terrace were beautiful. The aircon was very good and the toiletries provided were great. This main issue we had was the bathroom. The room itself is tiny so the bathroom is too. It’s not an issue as most of the day is spent outside of the hotel room. What was odd was the shower cubicle is completely glass and you can see into it from the room. This was awkward to stay in with a friend as I could see them showering. The glass is frosted but this doesn’t help. Just an odd design choice as there’s no privacy. The door to the cubicle opens to the incorrect side to where the hooks for towels are, so you have to leave the cubicle to get your towel, again no privacy whatsoever. Moreover in our room, the toilet door did not close properly, so had to use the toilet with the door slightly ajar. We did find the hotel branding to be quite strange. “Where the f*** city lives”. We don’t even know what this is meant to mean. Overall I would recommend this hotel but those minor tweaks should be improved.

Amazing stay. Our air conditioning was meh BUT we figured we were just being annoying Americans so we bought a fan instead of complaining. Next day the staff reached out to us to ask if someone could come look at our air panel, aka we think someone cleaning our room noticed that we might be hot and went out of their way to mention it to someone else. After that, incredible nights of sleep. Might be a silly thing to be excited about, but it clearly means that the staff is invested in the experience. Pool was great, the attached restaurant was delicious (plus I could use my laptop and work there!), and the rooms were well kept and functional. And lastly, the surrounding area is amazing. Great bars/restaurants around, super close to the metro, and walkable to anywhere.

Sehr angenehmes und sicheres Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Leider etwas eng zwischen der Dusche und der Toilette. Sehr gut auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
