スタッフみなさん対応良く、親切にしていただき、滞在中快く過ごせました。ただ唯一、部屋のエアコンが不調でずっと暑かったのが残念な点でしたが、それ以外は最高でした。

Bien dans l’ensemble mais chambre un peu petite pour une famille de 4 personnes

Notre chambre etait collé sur un ilot qui montait jusqu au toit . Alors la musique du roof-est a résonné jusqu a 1h am . Ce fut vraiment impossible de dormir . Soirée dédommagement de la part de l hotel.

Staff were v professional upon arrival and helpful. The hotel is next to a lovely square and amenities are very close by. There is a gym for the super models and a nice restaurant for the rest of us. A short walk (20 mins) to the port if you’re catching the cruise liner and a 20min walk to the bus station to go anywhere on the island. Clean and up to date. They have a sister hotel in Gran Canaria, the class runs through the hotels.

Everything was excellent except that they would not even grant me a one-hour checkout extension.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel, chambres propres, personnel très professionnel Bon petit déjeuner, seul bémol, il était possible d'avoir des extras en plus du buffet comme des oeufs brouillés, saumon... etc dont nous n'avions pas été informés et qu'il faut commander, peut-être le présenter d'emblée sur le buffet ? Ou bien en informer les clients lors de la prise de la chambre car nous avons tenté notre chance en regardant les tables des autres :)

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit einem tollen Serviceteam. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very clean and aesthetic room. Staff was very nice and willing to help with anything. Great pool and rooftop bar. Would stay again!

Clean comfortable room, good breakfast, good location for shopping, good price point. A little hard to find in the maze of streets!

From the moment that we arrived until the moment that we checked out our stay at this hotel was spectacular. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check-in time and everyone there should be recommended for their level of professionalism and courtesy and making us feel very welcome. The next time that we are in Tenerife, we will definitely be staying at that hotel

A week at Marriott Ténérife. We usually stay at Hilton properties, but chose this hotel due to the lack of a Hilton in the area. Unfortunately, we could really notice the difference. In terms of the property itself, cleanliness, rooms, and breakfast style, there isn’t much difference. However, where this hotel falls short is in the service—particularly at reception. We are very down-to-earth people, but being pointed at and told, in effect, to “get it yourself” does not feel like good service. That said, there was one standout member of staff—a lady with glasses who checked us in on the first day and kindly provided us with a beach towel. You were absolutely fantastic 👍 Housekeeping was consistently attentive, and the real highlight of our stay was the breakfast team. They work tirelessly every morning, making the experience feel special. Credit also goes to the chefs—you’re amazing too. This may not be our last stay, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t be our first choice next.

Das Zimmer war soweit schön und modern, leider hatten wir die Dusche und das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nur das Klo in einem separaten Raum. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war für jeden was dabei.

Michelle de la recepción nos recibió con muchísima alegría, es muy simpática igual que el resto de personal. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y están súper bien insonorizadas ya que teníamos el sky bar arriba y tenían música puesta dado que había fiesta y en la habitación no se escuchaba nada. El desayuno estaba riquísimo, había de todo y tenían hasta take away de cafes. Un hotel en el centro precioso.

Not a luxury hotel, but a very good one. Rooftop bar with a dj on weekends. Good breakfast with enough variation, fresh fruits, spanish omelette, eggs, natural yoghurt with muesli, etc and a very decent price. We didn’t have a view, only the light pit, but it meant that the room was quiet. The gym is tiny, but rooms quite big.

Good room, great location and very helpful staff. Breakfast very limited is my only negative.

Alles bestens Hotel, Zimmer, Personal, lediglich der Lärm von der Straße war zu laut. Nächstes Mal besser mit Ohropax anreisen.
